“Exactly what we were hoping for! Natural beauty and peaceful seclusion! We had a wonderful time fishing, kayaking, walking the grounds, enjoying indoor and outdoor fires, playing tetherball, cooking on the open fire, on the grill and in the fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Nobody wanted to leave! Definitely recommend and we hope to return in the warmer weather!”

“Very cute cabin! We had a wonderful time! The hot tub is on a covered porch overlooking the peaceful woods! There is a house/cabin within view when in hot tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed, even a few extras like spices (so nice to see)! Cabin was so clean and smelled good! My husband and I had a wonderful time sitting on the porch! There is Wi-Fi but no service with T-Mobile-which was a blessing to us! A perfect do nothing get away for any couple ❤️”

It was close to Franciscan, shopping, and grocery, very convenient! If you have problems w stairs, I don’t recommend you stay here. Would def stay again! ”

“The house is very conveniently located in Oglebay! The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to spread out to play cards or billiards for at least three couples. Please note one of the full baths is in the basement/lower level, not connected with a bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, but the bathrooms were not supplied with any soap, shampoo, conditioner, or other basic toiletries. Overall, a nice simple home, with a beautiful view out the back and very close proximity...

“The cabin was adorable but I didn’t realize the two person cabin had no bathroom. We were at the top of the hill and had to drive downhill to the bath house. Would have been nice to have a bathroom at least near our cabin to use at night. Also it was a surprise for the $200 deposit to come out the day before our arrival in addition to what we paid. Everything was clean and nice other than that.”
