“Walking distance to park, market, milkshakes. Walking/Bike path runs right in front of building. Close to the beach. Pool was a favorite with the kids. We didn’t realize this was a triplex when we made the reservation but we never heard any sounds through the adjoining wall. We had 38 people and there are not 38 chairs and bar stools in the dining area but we made it work just fine. Everyone had a great time.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We'd stay there longer if the snow at the Beaver Mountain is better. Location: Garden City is a small town right next to the beautiful Bear Lake. The property is in a newly developed area of the town. It's right across Mike's Market, which is the largest grocery store in the Bear Lake area. While you can't see the lake from the property, it's just a block away and you can even walk there. Property: it's probably the cleanest property we've rented...

“The space was perfect for our family. The kids played downstairs with plenty of room. We were able to all eat together at the same time. We loved the tables (especially playing games). The beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond with any little question we had. It is a beautiful place where we just relaxed during the Christmas holiday. “The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful.”
