“The apartment is great! Simple, clean, comfortable, and a great location. Parking is easy on the street or in a nearby parking garage. The door lock to the apt is a bit tricky getting in and out, but the hosts were readily available to help. A couple goofy things like there was only 1 fork and the cooking utensils were sparse. The shower is nice, although the shower door is hard to open from the inside (no handle!).Overall this is a fantastic place to stay! ”

“We could not have been happier with our stay here! It was even nicer in person than it looked in the pictures, which were beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved it! The Chocolate Moose and 7 Star Indian Cuisine restaurants right across the street were wonderful too! It was a very easy 5 to 7 minute walk to the town square where there are so many great shops and restaurants, such as Book Corner, Rita’s, My Thai, Social Cantina, and Lennie’s.”

“This property was perfect. It was clean, had, everything we needed, was centrally located and the owner is very nice. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“We will definitely rent again, the next time we are in the area. There are steps to the main level and bottom floor, so keep that in mind if you have someone that can't do stairs! Nice and clean and had fun IU decor! Easy access, close to everything and great parking area.”

So glad it all worked out when your dates shifted — happy to make that easy! And great and very clean is exactly what we aim for. It means a lot that you'll stay with us again when you're back in town — I'll have it ready for you! Thank you so much for the 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Any suggestions for the...

“The room smelled like stale and newly smoked cigarettes. The room was cleaned the bed was made and bathroom was cleaned. We ended up leaving after about 20 minutes due to the smell and we both could not breath due to the smell. The ad says smoke free but it is not. You can also hear the owners walking upstairs and the bed is super noisy with each move you make. The breakfast is some muffins and they have some coffee and creamer in the fridge. The owners did refund the room rate and ...
