“We love staying at this hotel when visiting granddaughter at IU. We did unfortunately have an issue this stay. Out room was 61 degrees and we could not adjust the temp. We went to the front desk to address. They contacted maintenance who did something internally and the heat began working but still took hours to get comfortable by bedtime. It then would not shut off no matter what we did and the middle of the night the temp was 76 degrees too hot to sleep. This mess with either freezing or being...

“I guarantee you have not rented a VRBO quite like this! Essentially the former Scholars Inn and Bar with the kitchen converted to 3 bedrooms. Very cool bar and restaurant area and outdoor decks. Great place for a meetup prior to walking to football games or downtown activities. I loved that the owners left the bar area intact complete with tv's, bar stools and beer/wine fridge. ”

“Completely updated rooms were great. Everything except size of the room is new - beds, shower, vanity, furniture. Very nicely done. No elevator so ask for 1st floor if needed. Great pool and amenities. Breakfast buffet but not complimentary.”
