The beds were uncomfortable the room smelled like a public restroom ....lights didnt work properly .....the floor was loud when walked on

Do not recommend

Floors wear dirty look like they had not been mopped in the bathroom the toilet was about to fall through the floor the floor behind the toilet was falling in the sink was cracked all over

Didn't get to stay there even tho we had reserved a room and paid for but the guy working there didn't receive my reservation plus there wasn't any open rooms so I think it still took my money so no good review for this place. Just for an overnight stay

I checked into Motel 6 with a support animal. The service was excellent. No complaint there, as I found the clerk to be very courteous and kind. However, I have some concerns to share. The queen bedroom had a bathroom door that wouldn't close, which seemed to be caused by the building's tilt. Ok, that's an alram. Around about 10-11am the next day, I was in the room when a person kept trying a card key to the door. Ok, I give it a benefit of doubt, but it's another alarm. While I'm grateful to have the privilege to have stayed at the motel, I wouldn't say that I would return to this place anytime soon.

Hit or miss

I have stayed at this location prior with no issues but my last visit wasn’t great at all. I was given a room in the back of the property that seemed to be for long time residents, which was fine. The room was outdated and not clean at all. I had to wipe down the toilet seat which had yellow drops on it. I went to use a towel and saw that it was stained. I grabbed another towel which had what I’m hoping was beard hair on it. If you do book this property, I recommend requesting a room in the front of the property as those rooms seems to be cleaner and nicer.

They required every guest to check in with id even called the cops to have a different guest arrested cause one of there guest didnt have id

I am handicap and my husband wrote in 3 separate times to tell them at the front desk that I needed extra pillows and they told him over the phone that they would then when we got there they wouldn't do it. Nasty front desk person poor attitude and mean. And dirty room

Motel 6 has always been known as low budget but acceptable properties. But this place was in such disrepair that I will never risk a Motel 6 again. Holes in bedding, busted furniture, thread bare towels and wash rags.Lots of nicer places for ten dollars a night more in town.

Ok for college kids, but not adults.

This place was supposedly , recently remodeled. However it is still a dump. This place might be ok to stay for IU football games, but not a long stay. The "clean" towels in the room were stained. The curtain had paint all over it. the paint on the walls was chipping.

They did not empty the trash can from previous guest when I checked in. I reported to the front desk but they even didn’t do anything. The maid even asked to skipping cleaning the next morning. I don’t know why orbitz says there is coffee. They DONOT! Only in the morning for a few hours and the front desk shouted at me when I just tried to fill hot water. I was fooled by orbitz!!!

Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend Stay To Visit Family

The room had cleanliness issues. I was former military; did some clean-up on my own due to being there on early Thanksgiving morning. Mostly floor was dirty. There is a broken towel rack in room. Room set up for handicap person, shower worked okay. Room could use a “company remodel job”. This motel in a college town near campus, it could explain the motel room’s condition, (parties, youthful exuberance, etc.) Staff friendly and helpful. This room needed microwave and small refrigerator. Had I known it needed a microwave and refrigerator, I could have brought one (fridge) I found damaged on I-240 eastbound near Air Depot Blvd in OKC and put it in the room after I fixed it. Able to fix, clean, and was in working order. Location was helpful for my visit to family for Thanksgiving holiday. Probably need corporate to send in “secret customer” and check out motel premesis.

I like this hotel, it's a great location and decent room. You can't expect fancy or a lot of amenities for the price. There are a lot of rooms, I especially appreciate that they're all ground level. The rooms are basic and outdated but clean. It was quiet and the the big tree outside my window was in full autumn splendor. Pleasant enough overall. If all you're looking for is a place to sleep overnight, this is definitely a good bet.

cigarette burn holes in bedding - dirty everything - could hear any noise/voice from any direction - we were stuck for a place to stay - maybe we should have just slept in the car - lesson learned

you get what you pay for

This is a classic "No Tell Motel." The place is dated and needs basic maintenance: the floor is not flat, the trim is coming off the baseboards. The worst part was the sheets were not perfectly clean and had a puncture hole. I will not be staying there again ...

Good price with few ammenities.

Key was significantly lower compared to other hotels that were taking advantage of football weekend for their prices. No amenities like breakfast, shampoo, coffee in room, etc. but that was reflected in lower prices. However, was preferable to being 15 miles away from campus.

Stay away unless you have no other options

Room was in such horrible condition. Cigarette burn holes on the bed spread, warped floor planks, TV didn’t work, mold on baseboard of bathroom, etc. My impression was that my room was not unique for this hotel.
