“The hot tubs were clean and perfect. The pool was inviting, but we did not go in. We really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Fresh hot food and a wide variety of other foods to meet dietary needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly.”

“It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. “Check-in was fast & easy, there was plenty of parking near our room. Some rooms are accessed from the parking lot, others by stairs or a ramp (which ours was). We had a partial water view balcony, which was small but still nice, but only 1 chair. The room was basic but clean. The mattress was on the firmer side, but the pillow was super-firm (think rock) the 2nd pillow on the bed was flat & flimsy. Neither was comfortable. “Sweet historic vibes. Outstanding walkable location. Great outdoor space out back. Nice staff. Comfy bed. If you’re not used to noise, the property can be a bit noisy. And though we appreciate ‘historic’, the rooms lean more towards deeply outdated than ‘vintage’. We would go again for the live music and a few drinks. But probably would choose to stay somewhere a bit more off the beaten path.”
