Disappointed
Cleaning service needs improvement. I found a used Depends in the drawer of the 3rd floor bathroom. There was broken glass in a rocking chair downstairs on the balcony as well as broken glass under the step to the hot tub. There was a drink can and dirty spoon in the sink down stairs. One of the pillows on the bed in the master suite upstairs had heavy blood stains on it that we didn't discover until stripping the bedding at checkout. Garbage was not picked up from the dumpster after previous occupants so we had to store full garbage bags in the laundry room until it was picked up 3 days later. The ice maker was not producing ice and we called on the same day we checked in and was told it could be Monday before anyone could come out. Never heard from or saw anyone; had to buy bags of ice. The front left burner on the stove does not work properly. Downstairs bed/mattress apparently is an adjustable mattress but there was no remote/control to adjust it and it was “deflated “. Downstairs was hot and apparently it was known to have issues considering they had a portable fan in the floor blowing when we checked in.
Never heard from the host after sending a message/question the day before check-in. Still have not received any message from host.
Considering the comments above do not feel we would recommend or consider leasing from this owner/property management.
