The Space:

Mountains Tops is a premiere community located 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. The drive to Mountain Dream’n is beautiful, meandering through the lush greenery, via all paved roads for easy access.



This amazing location offers multiple attractions including shopping, restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, waterfalls, and a plethora of other activities for everyone to enjoy.



Once you arrive at Mountain Dream’n, you will have level parking for up to three vehicles. The cabin boasts a modern design, with sleek angles and large windows to bring in the natural light. The positioning of the cabin will create a private space with beautiful views of nature.



Entry is up a couple of stairs onto the landing porch. You will step into a warm welcoming space with large vaulted ceilings, rich designer wood finishing and professional decorated décor’.



The kitchen will be to your left with large granite countertops, multiple cabinets, stone backsplash, gas stove, bar seating, and features a Keurig, coffee grinder and drip coffee maker. Coffee is provided. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you need for large family gatherings. The dining table is to the right with seating for four.



A beautiful stone fireplace is the feature point of the living room and boasts large windows for natural lighting to connect with the wonders of nature. There is a sofa, two chairs with ottomans, coffee table, gas fireplace and 65” smart TV.



The king master suite is directly off the living room. It is tastefully decorated with neutral colors, creating a soothing atmosphere for a great night’s sleep. There is a new 65” smart TV, dresser, two side tables, lamps and large walk-in closet. There is also a baby bathtub, booster seat and pack-n-play provided for your use.



The king master bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, separate water closet and dual vanities.



The half bath and laundry room are just down the hall from the living room. There are dog bowls, leashes and a dog bed located in the laundry room for your use.



The main level deck can be accessed from either side of the living room. It is sure to be one of the guests' favorites. It has a gas grill, smoker, pellet stove, dining table for six, sectional sofa, three comfy chairs, wood burning fireplace and smart TV. An excellent space to capture some beautiful views.



Venture downstairs to the additional living room with sofa, chair, coffee table, gas fireplace, 55” smart TV and hockey table for some family fun. It also has a standup arcade game, card table, multiple board games and wet bar with mini fridge.



There are two bedrooms just off the living space including a queen bedroom, with hot tub access and one with two full beds. Both have smart TV’s.



A full size bathroom is off the living room and has a tub/shower combo and single vanity.



The lower deck has a wonderful swinging bed for an afternoon nap, reading your favorite book or just relaxing to the sounds of nature. There is also a five person artisan hot tub to soak away the stress!



The cabin is dog friendly. We will allow two dogs up to 50 lbs. each. The owners respectfully ask that you please keep them off the furniture and beds and to keep them leashed at all times when outside.

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owner's privacy and comply with private property signs.



Pets:

Dogs only - All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members. The number of dogs is limited to two and each must be under 50 lbs. The owners respectfully request you crate your dog while away.



Trash and Litter:

Trash pickup service is provided on Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the trash cans provided and lids securely attached. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Wildlife:

North Georgia is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, snakes, raccoons, and other wild animals that may occasionally be encountered in forested areas and around the property. Please use caution when outside, keep a safe distance from wildlife, never approach or feed animals, and ensure doors, windows, and trash containers are properly secured.



Quiet time:

Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen neighbors.



Smoking Policy:

This property is a NO SMOKING property of any kind.



Cancellation Policy:

Credit card processing fees ~3% are non refundable for VRBO reservations.
