Incredible Mountain Getaway. Highly Recommend! Our stay at this beautiful modern cabin in Blue Ridge, Georgia was nothing short of amazing. Nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from nearly every room, this home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The cabin was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with charming wood accents throughout, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to a variety of cozy spots to relax and unwind.The host went above and beyond to provide all the extras that made our stay so enjoyable. Whether we were lounging in the spacious living area watching TV, enjoying a family game of pool, or relaxing in our own rooms with plenty of TVs for everyone’s preferences, it was designed for both comfort and entertainment. Cooling was efficient and every space in the home felt inviting.Outdoors, we loved the multiple grilling options, soaking in the hot tub, and gathering around the bonfire for quality family time. It truly felt like a mountain retreat. The nearby orchards also made for a fun and memorable family outing.This was truly a wonderful experience, we would absolutely stay here again when visiting the area. If you're looking for the perfect mountain escape, this is it. Can't recommend this property and host highly enough!

Our stay at the cabin

Everything that was advertised on the listing was correct, the cabin was beautiful; the view was amazing! I do have a few complaints about this trip that were kind of hard to ignore. The bedroom my mother was staying in, the comforter had a very sweaty smell to it like the sheets haven’t been washed since the last person that booked the cabin. Which was a little concerning, the beds were somewhat comfortable but not terrible. The bar area wasn’t properly wiped down, it was very sticky. When we went to play pool the two middle pockets were ripped, so the balls would fall through making it unjoyable to play. We also received an email stating we damaged a comforter which I don’t know how we did that? And that we also damaged the cornhole game which we didn’t touch at all. I didn’t even know where it was to begin with. Nor really an issue but the driveway was really narrow getting in but hey, nothing a little backing up and turning won’t fix! Communication with the property owner was easy and she gave clear instructions on how to get to the property. Overall the stay itself was relaxing and fun but those were just some of the issues that I found inconvenient.

Outstanding Sunsets

Excellent property with plenty of space both inside and outside. The master bed upstairs was comfortable. The master bathroom, closet and shower were cavernous. The living room area was comfortable with a nice view out the windows. Kitchen was well stocked. WiFi was very good, no issues. The sunsets off the back deck were beautiful. We had no issues getting to the cabin. We would go back again...

Perfect cabin getaway

This cabin was wonderfully decorated, cozy and had everything you can think of in the kitchen…. It’s even better than the pictures and the owner was great with communication. Would love to return when we have more time. I will agree with other reviews the drive up the cabin definitely needs 4 wheel drive but definitely worth it! We didn’t want to leave… highly recommend

Beautiful home with a beautiful view.

The house is simply stunning and extremely clean. All we had to do was bring in our luggage and begin our stay. Lauren was so accommodating and easy to work with. Follow her directions to the property. Your phones and GPS will get you lost. I highly recommend this property.

Weekend Getaway

My family was looking to escape for a long weekend and this was the perfect place. Quiet and remote, yet very well appointed. It was obvious the owners take very good care of the property.

Beautiful remote property

Our overall experience was wonderful. The cabin is great, well stocked and had a lot of thoughtfulness put into it. 100% follow the directions given and don't miss any turns, or it's a tough gravel road up the mountain! Access to Blue Ridge is otherwise pretty easy. We were disappointed that we didn't have full access because we booked in late March/early April: no water feature, no cushions for the chairs on the lower gazebo. This time of year made temperatures tricky too. It was nice and cold at night but upstairs got toasty hot during the day. The temperature restrictions on the thermostat means we had to open windows to cool off, but because of no screens we got some bugs/moths. Laura was super responsive to our questions about all of these things, which was great. Once we got settled, we saw the fridge didn't dispense ice/water so we ran into town only for Laura to let us know they have a whole house filtration system. Put that in the description, cause it's a huge bonus...she was right, it was delicious mountain water! On a water note, the hot water was plentiful and there was great water pressure in the shower. Loved all the hopes in the bathrooms, huge walk in closets, plenty of extra blankets etc. I was a little grossed out to find hair in the bathroom drawers, and the stove smoked some from being dirty, but everything else appeared clean. I do think it could use a good powerwashing and se deck repairs, but the inside is pretty great. There is definitely enough space and variety that we were also able to enjoy an entire day of rain inside.

We definitely hope to return to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much at ‘Blue Heaven’ and would recommend it to anyone. Laura and her family have thought of every amenity to help us relax during our stay. The beautiful views and great space enabled us to get some much needed rest on our sons Spring Break. Communication with Laura helped make our booking, check-in and out a seem less process. It’s only a 10-15 minute drive down the mountain to the town of Blue Ridge which had everything we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to return!

1000% recommended

The views at this place are amazing! We didn’t want to leave the house most days. The road heading up the mountain was a little scary but so worth it. I loved the contactless check in and out and how we were in contact with Laura the whole time if we had any questions. I loved how close were to downtown Blue Ridge as well as a Winery and Apple Orchard. 1000% recommended for a family vacation.

When can I come back??

Laura's property was truly amazing. We enjoyed our stay more than I can say...the views, the hot tub, and the amenities (kitchen supplies, coffee bar, games, etc.) were all just so wonderful! The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms/closets were large and spacious. The house had so many different places to hang out and enjoy ourselves. We did not want to leave and would love to return!

Fantastic peaceful mountain escape

We had an amazing, relaxing time in this mountain retreat! The views are beautiful and the property has everything you could ask for. The outdoor space is phenomenal - from the sitting areas to the pergola to the fireplace and fire pit with available firewood to the hot tub and the well-equipped grill and big green egg. The place was extremely clean on arrival, beds are comfortable and there was a good supply of cooking and coffee essentials (love the coffee/wine station!) and games to keep a family entertained. There's plenty to do in the area, but one could be just as happy sitting on the deck taking in the views and cool breeze. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Note: The hardest part was getting there, but Laura was fabulous about providing directions in advance, and taking calls on demand when we felt we might be headed the wrong way. Definitely use Laura's directions and NOT navigation or Waze directions!
