This place is such a gem. I stayed here for only two nights but will be staying here a lot more in the future. Super communicative host with a very clean property that has a fabulous view!
Great spot for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.

Cabin in the Woods

We so enjoyed the peaceful cabin and surrounding area. It was a very nice cabin; everything was clean and comfortable, and we had everything that we needed for our stay!

Great Getaway!

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had a great stay here. The house was very clean and fully stocked with essentials. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful that we hated to leave but will definitely return.

Wonderful retreat

This location was a wonderful combination of quiet seclusion and handiness to town. The cabin is luxurious and beautiful, with just the right combination of size and comfortability. We will definitely return.

Perfect Place for Long Weekend Away with Family

We really enjoyed our stay here: the views, plenty of porch space, room to spread out, community activity centers (outdoor games, pool, green space/trails), close enough to town while feeling miles away, the list could go on and on. Highly recommend!

A week on the Taccoa

My family of 4 spent a week at the Taccoa River House. The property and home were both excellent, along with the pool and other amenities. Tons to do and less that a 10 min drive from downtown. We would love to come back.

Great Stay

The home was beautiful as was the view. The trip included my adult children and we were all very pleased with the accommodations. I was worried about having to go outside for access to the basement but it was fine. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home and Location

We traveled with our children and grandchildren and had a very relaxing stay. The property and location are beautiful, and the owner is very considerate and tried to take care of any needs we had. We really enjoyed our walks along the trails and sitting on the porch watching the river. The kids also loved the pool and hottub. We had a great time and hope to return for a future visit.

Fun weekend river trip

Overall we enjoyed the quick weekend at this house. It was very nicely appointed and well represented in the listing. In the future I would choose a place with a later checkout but it was very clearly mentioned by the host before booking so I still gave it 5 stars.

We enjoyed the house. It was very clean and the location by the river was very nice. The only thing that gave us a big surprise was that the bedrooms downstairs are not connected via an indoor staircase so those who stayed downstairs had to go outside each time they wanted to go up and down to their rooms. I would’ve appreciated knowing this before we rented the house. Thankfully, this time we were all adults so it wasn’t a big deal except when it rained but if I had had children with me it would’ve been a much bigger problem. Overall I highly recommend the house for adults. A nice amount of room for four, maybe six.

Family vacation

The location was great. Nice walking path, which was great for taking short leisurely walks. Loved being able to sit and enjoy the river. House was perfect for giving everyone the space they needed. The pool was awesome, and we visited it everyday. I would suggest upgrading the frig and dishwasher, but there was no issues that would keep us from rebooking the house. Management was very responsive and easy to work with. It was a great vacation.

Blue Ridge Mountain River Escape

We had an absolutely incredible 4 day stay in this amazing river front property right on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge! The cabin was perfect for our size group of two families, 4 adults and 4 kids age range 2-6yo. Greg was a great host, welcomed us as soon as we arrived and was very responsive both leading up to the trip and throughout our stay. Great location for exploring the Blue Ridge and Aska regions, the heated Pool on property is amazing sitting up high with a wonderful green Mountain View backdrop. We will definitely be looking to make this an annual tradition!

Amazing Property !

Our family had a wonderful stay here at Toccoa House Properties. The construction quality of the home is top shelf, super clean and very comfy. A very well appointed kitchen and the butler's pantry is a nice touch that gives lots of counter space so we could spread out all our goodies. * And I must include, drinking coffee from the elevated decks overlooking the river is about as relaxing as it gets. Thank you so much for this amazing property and we cannot wait to come back soon. RG from Georgia :)

Fantastic getaway!

Wonderful home! We took our adult children and their significant others on a short getaway trip and had an amazing time! We had a total of 8 adults and the home was spacious enough for us not to be on top of each other all the time. The location of the home is very convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. The owner of the house was very easy to get in touch with when we had a couple of small issues that were completely out of his control. Would highly recommend renting this lovely home and hopefully we will be able to visit again!
