“The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway.”

“Beautiful pastoral, location, self service (no staff or registration), comfortable beds, very clean room and bathroom. Nice gathering space with coffee/tea available. We did experience quite a bit of noise from the guests (who arrived after midnight) directly above us and since we were the only two rooms (8 suites total available) I’m not sure why they had us together and not separated. Both the bathroom and closet doors did not fully close without slamming them forcefully.”

“The best part of the inn for us was the pool, which we used in the evening and morning. Lovely, quiet, and all for ourselves. The room was also well appointed and quiet, even though it was right off the main road. The bed was super comfy. It was a perfect way to end our trip coming down Skyline Parkway from DC. The gas station right down the street had everything you might have been missing.”

There is no reception desk or staff on-site; entry and communication are handled through a remote hosting center by phone, with digital door codes provided for the room. We stayed upstairs in the Molly Room, which felt quite isolated. The air conditioning was very cold and could not be adjusted by guests. There was also no television in the room, so plan accordingly if that is important to...
