“Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience.”

“This would be a great space to have a romantic getaway with your other half. The space was exactly as described and bland is such a wonderful town. The only thing I wish was that they had at least one recliner. Also to the host please replace the window sill on the left side it would be shame to let the termites get into those old logs. Thanks for such a wonderful stay I never expected to find such a clean wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect for a weekend getaway.”

“We had an awesome time riding the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system. Easy access right from the cabin to 3 trail systems and possibly a 4th if you wanted. Cabin was very nice and clean with everything we needed for the 5 of us. Alot was included and the owner was very accessible for all our needs. Once we unloaded we had access to everything with the sxs and atvs. If you are looking for a great place with beautiful views and close for riding, this is the place!!!”

“We absolutely adored our time here at The Retreat! The location was amazing (seriously, couldn’t be better!) and we loved everything about our stay! “The place is totally awesome. My family of 10 came in for a wedding from Alabama & Pennsylvania . It had well enough bedding and very large open kitchen with living room concept for all of us to be together. The house her been recently renovated and has beautiful colors and very large bathrooms . My grandkids were able to play in the creek that was in the backyard . We are coming back for another family wedding in October and will definitely try to get the house again.”

“I stayed for 8 nights in this exquisitely built house! The attention to detail in the construction was superb, really beautiful. All amenities were available. The fire pit and grill were outstanding with outdoor lighting around the perimeter. All my guests remarked how lovely this cabin was. Much DiscGolf and Golf was enjoyed but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the Perseid Meteor Shower. Too many clouds. ”
