  • A pocas cuadras de la playa y a una cuadra de la ciudad, esta casa de campo rara ubicada en el distrito histórico de Boca Grande es la escapada perfecta. Ubicada en una propiedad de gran tamaño, esta casa soleada se ha actualizado recientemente (más recientemente con una hermosa cocina nueva ... que incluye una estufa de gas, refrigerador de acero inoxidable, fregadero de casa de campo, etc.). Esta casa se ha mantenido meticulosamente y todo dentro de la casa es completamente nuevo, incluidos los muebles, la ropa de cama y los electrodomésticos. Great property, extremely comfortable. The location is awesome. Super cozy, perfect for a group of 4-6. Everything was well stocked, check in/out super easy. Host was great to work with. We will defiantly book again.

Clean, cute, great location. Host made it a simple stay. Chairs and beach stuff onsite as well. No bikes or golf cart included.

Fabulous cottage in great location in heart of Boca Grande - never stepped foot in a car for the 10 days we recently stayed - walk or bike (or center console from the nearby Boca Grande/Miller's marina) - everywhere

We are repeat visitors to Boca Grande and loved staying in this cottage right in the heart of downtown, Perfect location to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach .

Another great Stay in Boca

This was our second time staying here. The home is very comfortable for our family. You can easily walk to the beach and most of the resturants on the island.

Great Boca Beach House

Lovely stay! We were worried post hurricane, but, our stay was wonderful. Most restaurants open, plenty of fun shops open all within walking distance of this well appointed beach house. Spotless, beautiful linens, great beach reads, beach towels, we had a wonderful stay, plan to be back!

Terrific stay!

The entire process from booking to check out was without an issue. The location was ideal. The amenities were plentiful and the place was spotless. All in all, we had a great trip!

This was an ideal property for us, our friends and our dogs. The home was super cute with an updated kitchen. The yard was sizable and completely fenced in which the puppies loved. The location was unbeatable…only a few blocks to downtown or the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of Boca Grande, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Susan is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. We’ve enjoyed family vacations here for more than 25 years, and this home and location made this trip one of the best we’ve had in Boca Grande.

Fantastic "cottage'!

My family and I stayed at this cottage while attending a wedding at The Gasparilla Inn. The location couldn't have been better, but more important, the house was impeccable! Very clean, lovely decor, and very accomodating for our family of 5. Beds, sofas, day-beds all very comfy with lovely linens and kitchen is very well appointed. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful island retreat

This was the perfect rental experience! Susan, the property contact, was very helpful throughout process. House is beautiful with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen family room floor plan with bonus front room perfect for relaxing. Location of house is ideal - a short walk to island restaurants, shopping and the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

Last minute wonder

We booked last minute and Susan could not have been more accommodating. If I could give her six stars I would. The property was spotless and fully loaded with anything anyone would need to have a great time. We have already checked the calendar and booked again.

Wow!!

The home was amazing! It had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the village of Boca Grande. Everything is a short walk away (the beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants). If you want to enjoy the best of Boca Grande, this is your place! If 6 stars was an option that is what I would pick. Thank you to Susan for allowing us to stay at her property. We plan to return!!

The perfect island getaway

What a charming home in the historic district offering the perfect location for bike rides to dinner and morning strolls to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. The house is spacious and warm filled with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding and an inviting kitchen when a stray summer squall calls for a quiet evening in. Susan couldn’t have made us feel more welcome from the moment we booked. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely Gasparilla Cottage.

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law, and their dachshund, Jelly Bean, just returned from three days in Gasparilla. What an adorable, well stocked home. Good knives (a rarity!), plenty of towels, great appliances. And very cozy! Unfortunately it rained most of the time, but one day there was some sun and we grabbed the chairs and spent 2 hours at the beach which is right up the road, but we drove the couple of miles to go to the Boca Grand Pass Park entrance passed the lighthouse where the beach is much wider. This home is in a great location….you can walk to town, restaurants, and the beautiful Gasparilla Inn (breakfast at the Inn and dinner at the Pink Elephant are must-do’s). The property manager is a great communicator which I very much appreciated.

Boca Grande Perfection – A True Island Gem

I’ve been coming to Boca Grande since I was a kid and have stayed at over 80 different properties on the island. Without a doubt, this one tops them all.The location is unbeatable—everything is just a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and never touched it again. From breakfast at The Outlet to dinners at The Temptation (maybe one too many—pretty sure I gave myself gout), to a scenic boat trip to Cabbage Key, everything we love about Boca was right at our fingertips.The home itself is the perfect size—comfortable, stylish, and full of that old Florida charm. Throughout the week, I brought in different groups of friends so each could experience what makes this place so special. It’s a little slice of heaven that takes you back to a better time.Susan was outstanding to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made check-in a breeze and helped ensure our stay was effortless from start to finish.We jumped 47 tarpon this week, laughed until it hurt, and made memories I’ll never forget. Honestly, if I could rent this place all summer, I would. I’m even hesitant to share how amazing it is because part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but it’s just too good not to share.
