Un patio impecablemente cuidados con espacio para que los niños jueguen. Sistema de agua salada piscina rodeada de atractivos cerca de privacidad y paisajismo excepcional.

Interesting

Home inside was clean, but other things that I should not mention was very discouraging. Lawn care maintenance just walked in while we were in the pool cutting grass. Nothing was disclosed about pest control coming and having access to the garage. There where other small issues in the home but a phone call was put in and the came right away.

Great location!

The house was perfect for our needs. It is very close to FAU where we were visiting our daughters for family weekend. Plenty of space for all of us. The house was clean and backyard was great to hang out. Unfortunately there was only 1 lounge chair by the pool although the pictures showed 4. That was the only complaint as we didn’t have enough seating for us all (4) to enjoy the yard. Other than that, it was perfect!

Special Mom and Daughter Birthday Celebration

This was a bday celebration for my Mom and I. House is very comfortable and well equipped for almost everything you need. Description to beach is not walking distance so I would make sure you either ride bikes or drive. Overall house was very comfortable and host/manager was very responsible. It’s a beach house vacation for sure. Kitchen fully stocked with spices, trash bags and dishwashing soap. Laundry area too which is nice. Bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels. We had a very nice time and made lots of memories. We will come back. Would politely recommend that tile floors be more cleaned given the sand from beach. Thank you again and would love to come back for another event.

Disappointed

House was updated for an older property but needs TLC. Not enough towels. Buggy including one cockroach. TV not enough channels and couldn't use my Roku. Floors filthy. No top sheet on the beds which was a first for me. Black mold in the tub jets. Sorry for the bad review but this house needs work.

Excellent holiday stay

A lovely open floorplan with excellent bed/bath combinations. We hosted Christmas dinner, and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen! The neighborhood was lovely, with a whole area of holiday lights. Quite nice really. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice place to rest our heads

This property is nicely renovated and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Admittedly, I may have misunderstood but, I thought the home was much closer to the beach than it is. The house was quiet, well equipped, and we enjoyed the pool greatly. If I could make a recommendation, it’d be for upgraded TVs to be installed. They are not smart TVs so we weren’t able to connect to any streaming services and the cable package is fairly basic. If even just one smart TV was in the living room, it’d be on par with other rentals. Otherwise, great accommodation for a large family.

Loved our stay!

Booked this house for my bachelorette party and it was everything we wanted and more! The rental completely exceeded expectations. Lots of room for a big group (there were 8 us), beds were super comfortable, the pool was awesome. Would stay here again!

Great family house

We were pleased to find our house clean and well appointed, and we loved the layout. The "great room" was so conducive to family gatherings. I would have liked some better kitchen equipment, but we made do with what was here. Plenty of dinnerware for big gatherings. There were a variety of appliances (like ice cream maker, toaster oven, slow cooker, etc.) but as someone who likes to cook, I would have preferred better pots and pans. Not a big deal though. There is a big grill in the back so we cooked outside. The pool is warm and clean. Location is so convenient to stores, beach, I-95. The airplanes are a bit close, but they are not all that frequent. Loved the fact that there is no carpeting. Easy to clean up sand, etc.

Thanksgiving Stay 2019

My family and I stayed at villa de Boca the week of thanksgiving this year. The house was clean, great location and had amenities to keep all the kids busy. Even when we had an issue with the stove the property manager got back to me within 30 min and had someone there to help fix the issue within an hour on a Sunday. I would stay again!

Great house for our needs

House was great, enjoyed the pool and the overall layout of the house/property, good location. Only issue is that the contact person from the management company didn’t show us around the property or respond by email or phone. Luckily there were no major issues that needed someone but would have been nice to know there was someone who responded if something came up. Assuming the management company addresses this issue, I would stay here again.

Nice vacation house reasonably priced

Stayed at Villa Boca Raton II for four days. The house is exactly as advertised. It is clean and updated, excellent equipped kitchen, large generous living area. The pool area is not large but nice enough. The property manager Chris was generally responsive to our inquiries, no problems there. Overall the property is in a quiet neighborhood setting, generally well kept neighborhood, but I would not call it upscale. Quite satisfied with what we got for what we paid. I would definitely recommend the property.

Vacation Oasis

My boyfriend and I stayed here for almost a week and it was so pleasant. The backyard and pool is peaceful and quiet with lovely landscaping . It’s small for a 4 bedroom house but huge for 2 people. It is central to everything in and around Palm Beach County. Laid out perfectly and in a very quiet residential area, everything new and very clean. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including spices so we shopped and cooked a bunch. They supplied things from a throw blanket on the couch to shampoo, hand soap and body wash. My only complaint was the beds were on the soft side especially the master for our bad backs. The lovely jacuzzi tub in the master bath made it all better though, and I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Stay

This was the perfect home for our family. Beautifully updated throughout. Plenty of space. Big backyard with a large salt water pool that saw action every day. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
