✔ Quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM
✔ The pet fee is $200, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
✔ No smoking, parties, or large gatherings
✔ Parking for one vehicle only
✔ Expect some road noise from Highway 1 (light sleepers may prefer earplugs or a white noise app)
