“Bathroom was terrible water everywhere, the rooms feel a bit old ”

“We loved our stay! Beautiful room with a great view of the vineyard. The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable & the room amenities were well thought out. The only issue was the water temp in the shower. It was unstable, running scorching hot then freezing basically the whole time the shower was on. Honestly though, not a huge issue considering all the positives with our stay.”

“The room was clean but should not be classified as a 2 bedroom. It’s one room with partitions that don’t go to the ceiling that separate the rooms. Villas overlook main road and noise from traffic could be heard. The queen bed was like sleeping on a wooden plank. Bathroom had tiles separating, and laminate stuck to the wall with tape. Outdoor areas look dated back to the 80’s, the whole place needs a lot of maintenance. Not worth the $400 a night, more like $200 at best, if it was in better...

“Property was great, great location. Lounges were not very comfortable. Bar stools were stained, a few holes in the walls and cheap and broken back sliding screen.”

“Our stay at Club Wyndham Pokolbin was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The property was very central to loads of wineries and close to the Hunter Valley Gardens. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay here, and would book again. ”

“On arrival there was no visible reception, which was surprising given how busy the weekend was. It was very confusing to find our accommodation and we had to call multiple times before anyone answered. The room provided was not the one we booked, and the property looked very run-down. Perhaps new owners but they certainly weren’t very helpful. “Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”
