In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and just outside the Yonne department, this single-story property is a former commercial building (administrative offices) that has been converted and renovated into a vacation rental.Nestled in the small hamlet of “Les Robins,” you’ll appreciate the tranquility of this setting and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, all while enjoying access to all amenities just a few minutes from the vacation rental. You’ll have access to a living room with sofas and a flat-screen TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room opening onto a terrace with outdoor furniture. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms (1 bed measuring 140x190), a twin bedroom (2 beds measuring 90x190), and a master suite with a double bed (1 bed measuring 140x190) and its own private bathroom (shower + sink + toilet). A second bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as two separate toilets with hand-washing sinks, complete the bathroom facilities. Outside, you’ll have access to a courtyard used for parking and an unfenced lawn. The beds will be made upon arrival; housekeeping is included; and heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay from mid-April through the end of September. From October 1 through April 15, heating is an additional charge of €10 per day.
