The villa has had a new owner since 2026 and has been renovated.
Location:
The villa is idyllically situated on a property right on the water. Ideal for children, canoeing, or stand-up paddleboarding.
The town of Stove is located on the Bäderstraße between the UNESCO Hanseatic city of Wismar (17 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik (16 km). The wide, fine-sand beaches and charming harbors of the island of Poel are just 13 km away.
You can reach the house from the town center via a beautiful dirt road (1.5 km). The villa is situated on a wonderfully peaceful, unspoiled waterfront property in Salzhaff and has been used as vacation accommodations for many years; it is an ideal place to stay for families with children, anglers, surfers, or anyone seeking tranquility.
The traditional house has been renovated, and each unit is comfortably furnished. Ideal for anyone who wants to spend their vacation away from the tourist crowds!
New owners starting in APRIL 2026!
To the Baltic Sea beach:

Leisure/Surroundings:
For cycling enthusiasts, the Baltic Sea Cycle Route runs along Stove (2 km) and leads to all the attractions along the coast: the Baltic Sea island of Poel with its typical island atmosphere, small fishing villages, and beautiful Baltic Sea beaches. There are many varied tours to enjoy.
The village museum in Stove, with its open baking days, is very popular.
Destination:
The UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Hanseatic City of Wismar, features many characteristic squares, an old harbor with a promenade, and an impressive old town with a market square and three large churches built in the Nordic Brick Gothic style.
Wonnemar Water Park—adventure pool and sauna world, petting zoo, and Mumpitz indoor playground—highly recommended for children.
