Espaciosa casa moderna en esquina tranquila

Esta bellamente diseñada y decorada 4B / 2. La casa de la fila 5B está a solo minutos de la popular Village at Meridian. También está muy cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes a lo largo de Eagle Rd.
La cocina está totalmente equipada (ahorre $$ al comer), el garaje para 2 autos y el patio trasero cercado para mascotas, niños y barbacoa es para su uso exclusivo. 

Las habitaciones están configuradas para el máximo descanso.  Duerma como una piedra en la cómoda cama tamaño king en el primer piso, la cama queen en el segundo dormitorio, la cama completa en el tercero y los dos individuales en el cuarto dormitorio. Hay un baño completo en el baño principal y otro baño completo para las otras dos habitaciones, así como un medio baño fuera de la sala de estar para los huéspedes.

Clean enough and somewhat comfortable. Several design choice issues. Living room and dining area sits 4 at the very most but the place advertises many more can sleep. The toilets are very small. Microwave and oven lights were out. One of the arcade machines didn't work at all, the other had sound issues. Part of the requirements of staying there was to roll two large trash cans from the back of the house behind the garage (that had no other access but to walk all the way around the exterior of the house) all the way to the curb at the front of the house with very little information. I had to contact the host several times to understand what I was supposed to do and eventually just waited until the neighborhood folks did it so I could replicate. It was a very odd requirement for a VRBO renter. I'd suggest not having the renter deal with this. However, I will say the very light load of things to do for check out kind of made up for it.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. The area felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax. Communication with the host was great and very responsive. The home had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. Overall, a really good experience and a place we’d be happy to stay at again.

The house was great—clean, well-stocked, and in a convenient area. When we arrived, half of the upstairs lights didn’t work due to a circuit breaker issue, but a polite handyman came the next day and fixed it quickly.Our trip was to take my three sons to the Saturday night Boise game, which was amazing. Unfortunately, when we returned around midnight, the door code no longer worked. I messaged and texted the host but received no response. After waiting 30 minutes outside, VRBO advised calling a locksmith. Thankfully, one of my sons climbed through a second-story window he had left open, allowing us back in.No one from the property contacted me until the next morning. I requested a late checkout, hoping for understanding, but was still charged a 45 fee, which I paid. Later that day, I found the door code had again been deactivated, though this time the host responded.The house itself is very nice and I would recommend it, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Being locked out at midnight with no response from the host is not something any guest should experience. I documented the issue and confirmed that the error was due to the host not keeping my access code active for my full stay.

The best part is this property was the host! Extremely responsive and understanding, very professional.The rest of the stay didn’t last past the first “night” if you can call it that. We showed up after an 8 hour drive at 3AM, 12 hours into our reservation. Not a single bed had clean sheets, all visibly used, with not enough spares to even sleep comfortably. Towels were all over the bathrooms, on the floor and counter. Trash was left outside, running and stinky, whoever stayed there before didn’t throw it out, just left it outside. We arrived at 3AM and were out before 10AM.Essentially, we showed up with no where to sleep and not even the ability to shower. Thankfully the host was responsive and understood that given the situation, I wanted an immediate cancellation and refund. Part of the refund has come through from VRBO (4 days after), still waiting on the rest of the refund.

Nice and Easy

Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have the video games for the kids. Road was a little busier than I had expected so if you have small kids the back yard is fenced. Only thing I didn’t realize is recycling was available but there was no designated recycling bin in the house. Would def stay here again.

Centrally located home

This home is centrally located in Meridian. Close to Albertsons and many restaurants. Check in was smooth, communication was great. The home was very clean and had a lot of room to spread out. We would stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay

The host made our stay memorable and enjoyable. Check in was easy. We had a small problem when we first arrived but the responsiveness of the host to help us out was fantastic. Very communicative and responsive. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. It was a great place to rest and relax after a long day of work. The pictures of the home are accurate. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Great spot

Perfect location; comfortable stay

I stayed with three teens in this comfortable home. It was great. Everyone had their own bed and space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shopping (we were there for school clothes shopping), and a park nearby. Would definitely stay again!
