The neighborhood is lovely & centrally located. House was clearly old and redone on the inside, but didn’t feel super clean & there was a noticeable sour smell coming from the dirty washing machine. When we arrived it was dark & no outdoor lights were on and could find no working backyard light for dogs. Backyard was a mess and had no outdoor light - host never responded when we asked about this and other issues. Would stay in the neighborhood again but not this property.

Comfortable stay, nice location, easy to get around

It was a fine location and place to stay for 6 days. Plenty of room for our party. The place was stocked appropriately. We bought coffee filters and left them; bought sandwich baggies, there were out. Saran wrap and/or aluminum foil were available I believe. TV is smart tv - only streaming is available and you will need to use your own logons. We did not use the patio or grill. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The tub mats were in the upstairs bathroom sink drawer - the downstairs bathroom did not have one. I would suggest all guest use them. The tub gets slippery. My only critique is the house had a closed-up smell to it, I would suggest a deep clean or air freshener throughout. There was an essential oil diffuser in the cabinet in the kitchen that helped, but it was not a great scent. Additionally, there are six lights I believe in the ceiling in the kitchen - one of them flickers. We left the lights off after noticing. I would suggest fixing that. Also, it would appear the kitchen floor is not mopped regularly as our socks were pretty dirty after walking on it for a few hours. We arrived a little more than an hour early of check-in and the host was gracious enough to let us in early. It was much appreciated since we were from out of state and had already had a 10 hour day. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

Great location and nicely maintained, but beware of loft bedroom!

Pros: This property was well stocked and well maintained and communications were handled kindly and efficiently. It is also in an great location, especially for families. We like that there was firewood available (wrong season for us) and a BBQ there to use. Cons: Unfortunately for our family of 7, we had to utilize the loft "bedroom". It was very hot, noisy and bright. We also had an incident where we were locked out of the kids room and had to go to the store to buy a special tool to get it open. The management was quick to reply when contacted, but they had no idea how to unlock the doors. They must supply something for a situation like that.

great stay!

We came in with our adult children to attend a wedding for some family friends. Spent a couple of nights and everything about the property was terrific. Perfect amount of communication from the owners and the check-in and out process was super simple. We'll definitely stay again if we're in the Boise area!

Perfect family rental

House was very clean, nice neighborhood. Appointed very well. Beds and pillows were amazing! Everything was close by.. Even a 24 hour Gym that offers daily passes! When I get back to Boise I am staying here!!! Loved it.

Great Solution While Remodeling House

We stayed here for almost a month while our house was being remodeled. Great location and worked perfectly for our little family. Would have been an ideal location close to the park if the weather hadn't been so crazy! But overall a great experience!

Unexpected last minute changes, but the property manager got us another lovely place

We were lucky to have such a great experience with the Property management folks. They got us into another place when the original spot became unexpectedly unavailable. The new location was great and we all fit. Clean and lovely. Thank you!

Superior Clean and Classy

The furnishings were the nicest I’ve had at a Vrbo—linens were top notch, dining room and kitchen were extra clean, people raved about the comfy mattresses! Our 2 pups were extra happy with the patio and fenced yard. We felt like VIPs :D The kids found a few surprises placed just for them. All in all, an excellent stay! Thank you

Boise Townhome

Townhome was well appointed. Outside BBQ was missing although advertised, but upon notifying managers, a new BBQ and tools were promptly brought over and set up. Managers were very accommodating and took quick action. Room with bunks accommodated children well.
