La persona de front desk estaba atendiéndonos y se puso a contestar llamadas personales. Cuando acudió a ayudarnos con un problema de la tv en la habitación estaba en su llamada también con sus audífonos. La alfombra del cuarto estaba demasiado sucia y las cortinas y algunas partes de la ducha dañadas.

Completely dissatisfied. Dirty. Needs alot of work to be up to date. Service was horrible. Check in took way to long. Staff did not know what he was doing. Expedia should be ashamed that they support such an establishment. It was suppose to be pet friendly. But it cost extra $20 cash per pet. No breakfasts. Though it was suppose to have . Beds were uncomfortable ,noisy, hole in bathroom door. Shower curtain dirty and stained. Hole burned in bed cover. Bed had stains. Looked like blood. Flooring was atrocious. 1 of the rooms had carpet that was ruined. Patches of sticky substance. Worst experience.

There was an exchange of illicit substances in the parking lot while we were there, and the police were called. Then the hotel staff yelling about cleaning up and improving the hotel after midnight.

Huge advertisement that they serve international breakfast..is not true they dont clean the rooms if you have garbage the cleaning person tells you to go take it to the front. But gives you trash cans. I travel 12hrs for not what I saw in the picture while booking my stay... receptionist very nice friendly

The fee for one night was $75, we did not get what we paid for. The associate who checked us in seemed overly interested in our business to the point we felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The maintaining of the building is lacking, although you could smell that they clean the floors frequently which is a plus. The window sill was falling apart and would separate when we opened it. There was a paper towel shoved around the fire sprinkler in the roof? Not sure why. Sketchy location for this hotel chain.

Beyond disgusting
Beyond disgusting very filthy, blankets haven't been washed obviously for a long time lots of disgusting stains. Mattress is Taco very uncomfortable. Heater filter was so full of dust it wouldn't work until I had to clean it. The bathroom tub shower was corroded filthy beyond disgusting. It was the worst place I have ever gone to. When I arrived for checking I ordered a bedroom with a king bed I was told by the staff that I do not want that room it's for local people only because of how disgusting they are that the room is extremely gross so they gave me a bedroom with two queen beds and that room was disgusting so I can only imagine what the rooms that they give local people look like

I guess get what you pay for. Still over $100 and it is more comfortable living in the car. Sign your life away if you have a dog as well. Shower didn't work, bed was rough. Check in was meh! As in, no cares were given.

The hotel was very dirty! Room had stained carpet all over, didn’t take socks off! Ceiling and window cell bugs all over. Blankets were very dirty and stains all over them, sheets were the only clean bedding. The guy that checked us in was very nice! Only good thing!said they had breakfast and no they don’t! Will never go back there!

Property could be a little more nicer, I couldn't get a refund as there polices are strict but they said since I didn't show due to car troubles that I was a no show so I needed to make another reservation so they got two payments and one for which i didn't stay. Staff just don't seem very interested in the work. Room was decent but stains on the floor and a part of the bathroom was broken. Would of been better to just have a refund. Don't suggest going to this one.

My room was ok, carpet peeling away from walls, front door didn't lock was broken. No instructions for TV. Couldn't find an ice machine. If I wasn't so tired from a 15 hour drive I would have made another choice. Plus I had to pay for my therapy dog, non licensed. Do better guys!!!

We never stayed,but no way in hell,we'd stay there. They need to clean up that place,blood on beds,stains,broken would on furniture,a guy complained about bed bugs while we argued with clerk about wanting a refund, just terrible yall.

Nice place for overnight stay, clean and close to freeway. Has a Denny's within walking distance. Small pool, Two vending machines, only one worked.

We had our sstay dates mixed up first off then I was hospitalized so we didnt even get to use the second stay. The staff. Was awesome but the room was dirty the pet deposity was i believe $40.00. We arrived there at like 1:00a.m.

There was no breakfast available. The were a lot of cosmetic repairs needed as well. The staff was nice though and would help us when we needed it.

Comfy bed
Basic no-frills overnight motel which is all we needed. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke so the desk person promptly changed our room to a nice odor free clean room. The bed was very comfortable.
