They couldn’t offer us the same room we booked but had another room that we decided to stay in. It was a very unpleasant experience, bugs in the beds and dogs barking outside all night, we barely slept. We changed hostal the day after. ...

It is an old hotel and inside some rooms you can smell sewage odor; however, it does have hot water in the bathroom. You can find better hotels in Tupiza with price that I paid for this hotel.”

“Staff were helpful about booking a taxi and making sure I got away OK (5.00 in the morning!) but not very helpful in carrying my luggage up three steep flights of stairs.”
