Quiet studio apartment recently renovated, ideal for remote working, one minute walking distance from Piazza Maggiore in Bologna.



Located on the second floor reachable by lift, this studio apartment opens to one and only cosy environment, modernly furnished in soft shades.

It comes with an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, fitted also with a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and a coffee machine. A wardrobe allows to partially separate the sleeping area that comes with a queen size bed, a TV and a desk.

A full bathroom with a shower and a washing machine completes the apartment.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



The central station is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport is 15-minutes drive away.
