The Room on the Cedars_near Airport + City Center

Small building, very quiet.
The apartment is a bright fully furnished studio apartment with covered terrace.
A PRIVATE PARKING IS ALWAYS available.
It is an excellent solution for anyone who wants to stop in Bologna to visit it or for business travelers.
It is close to the AIRPORT, the TRAIN STATION, public transport stops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants.
My accommodation is suitable for couples, families, lone tourists and business travelers.

My attention to every guest of my apartment is total.
Nothing is left out.
Anyone who decides to book this lovely apartment, I want them to know that they can enjoy their stay in total safety.

I sanitize all high contact surfaces NONE EXCLUDED.
Between each check-out and each check-in, the apartment is cleaned and sanitized in full compliance with the aforementioned protocol, respecting long checklists in order to maintain the highest level of cleanliness possible.
Between each check-out and each check-in the windows are left open just enough to air the entire apartment.
I operate in compliance with local legislation and all additional guidelines relating to safety and cleanliness.
The people who deal with cleaning, use detergents and disinfectants that comply with current regulations and wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination such as disposable masks and gloves that are changed and regularly disposed of (in dedicated bags that are closed immediately) after every room has been cleaned and sanitized.
All sheets, blankets, as well as pillowcases, towels are washed at the maximum temperature allowed by the fabric of which they are made together with the use of a disinfectant product (Napisan - see more information in the apartment).
Surfaces such as the sofa, curtains, the bed is cleaned with high temperature steam.
At the apartment, a sanitizing gel dispenser will be available.
Indications will always be displayed in the apartment so that few and simple rules are respected to always maintain the same level of security throughout the entire stay.

The apartment is provided with 1 king size bed: 1 double (160 cm width) and 1 double sofa bed (150 cm width); wardrobe; a kitchen fully equipped with : 1 hob with 4 stoves, pots and pans, lunch/dinner set, glasses dishes and cups suitable for different uses.
For our Guests the kitchen is also provided with: oven, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, microwave, kettle, and there is a table with 4 chairs.
The bathroom has equipped with bath tub/shower as well as washing machine.
Our Guests will find a 40" SMART TV[connected to the internet-also provided with NETFLIX App] together with HDMI cable to be connected with a PC and wi-fi Internet Broadband connection.
Heating and air conditioning are present as well.

We also provide 1 reserved car park inside the private yard [It is accessible only by using a remote control which is given to our guests together with the keys (the yard is available only for our guest and for residents].
The room onto cedar trees, is perfect for tourist who wants to visit Bologna as a start (or one of the stop-overs) of trip along Italy, actually is possible to visit beautiful places such as Venice, Verona, Florence, Pisa, Siena and Emilia-Romagna Sea Coast("Riviera Romagnola": famous for nice beaches, delicious food, beautiful people, nightlife, towns such as RIMINI and RICCIONE) many many more.
You can arrive at the airport and there rent a car, stay at The room onto cedar trees in order to visit Bologna and then continue your journey!

The room onto cedar trees is also suitable for whoever travels for work.
The apartment is located in very quiet area, there is broadband internet connection (HDMI wire, included, in order to connect a PC with 40" SMART TV) , so whoever will find best condiotions to work.
It is close to the airport, to the main railway station and beltaway - motorways as well.

Me and my nephew Federico are happy to be for our guests disposal in order to satisfy promptly every necessity.

Check-in is available from 15.00 (3.00 p.m.) onwards.
Even until late.

The check-out instead also starting from early morning until 12.00.
The times are flexible, according to the availability of the apartment, upon communication.

According to the time really necessary based on what is objectively indicated by GOOGLE MAPS
-> The Room on the Cedars is in an excellent position to reach:

- about 10 MINUTES from G.MARCONI AIRPORT about 4.0 km away;
- about 25 MINUTES the City Center of Bologna (Piazza Maggiore, Due Torri, Quadrilatero);
- about 27 MINUTES "Bologna Centrale" and "Bologna Centrale High Speed" railway station;
15 MINUTES travel if you take bus 13 to the "Borgo Panigale Stazione" stop and then get off towards the BOLOGNA BORGO PANIGALE station under the road and take the train to CENTRAL BOLOGNA;
- about 15 MINUTES, by car, FIERA di Bologna: take the ring road, exit 8;
- about 20 MINUTES, by car, FICO (Fabbrica Italiana Contadina): take the ring road, exit 8 bis;
- about 30 MINUTES [following the "obligatory" itinerary to reach it], the hill where the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine di San Luca is located (which can be visited) and you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Bologna.
- 5.5/7 km from the Unipol Arena;
- 9 MINUTES, by car, Maggiore Hospital "Carlo Alberto Pizzardi" in Bologna; 16 MINUTES, by bus.

The apartment, both for those arriving by AIRPLANE (the G.Marconi airport in Bologna is about 4.0 km away), and for those arriving by car, is in an excellent position:
- the airport is nearby, it takes a few minutes to reach the apartment;
- the entrance, and the exit, of the Beltway(1,5 Km away) and the Motorway (A1 - Milano_Napoli) is a few minutes away.
By accessing the ring road, you can then enter:
- on the A13 motorway towards PADOVA [and continue for VENEZIA (A4)];
- in the A14 motorway towards RIMINI (A14bis -> RAVENNA) / ANCONA / PESCARA / BARI / TARANTO.

Once you arrive at the apartment, the center of Bologna is easily accessible:
- by BUS, frequent starting from the morning at 5.00 until around 1.00 at night, every day of the week;
- by TRAIN, frequent starting from just before 6.00 in the morning to just over 22.00 every day of the week;

All this also applies to those who reach Bologna BY TRAIN and who prefer a quiet place and well connected by public transport to reach the city center in a few minutes:
in fact, both for those who have to START from Bologna BY TRAIN once they have stayed at my apartment or WHO ARRIVE BY TRAIN in Bologna, the Bologna Centrale station is connected with that of Bologna Borgo Panigale, only 1 km away from my apartment:
!! trains run frequently and take ONLY 7-9 minutes !!

The location of La Stanza sui Cedri is also strategic to reach the headquarters of important companies, and to visit the respective museums, such as:
- Ducati;
- Lamborghini;
- Ferrari;
- Pagani;
- Maserati.

It is very easy to reach the offices of other very important companies such as:
- Philip Morris
There are some railway stations very close: Zola Predosa, Pilastrino,
Crespellano. You can arrive there taking the train from Bologna Borgo
Panigale station, 1 km far from the apartment.
- Carpigiani [University and Museum of ICE CREAM];
- Fabbri.

They are also easily accessible:
- the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium where Bologna FC 1909 plays;
- the Opificio Golinelli;
- the MAST (Manufacture of Arts and Experimentation and technology);
- the PalaDozza-in the center of Bologna-;
- the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno.[where major sporting and musical events take place nationally and international]).
It is reachable by TRAIN from Bologna Borgo Panigale station that is 1 Km far from the apartment-->stop: Casalecchio Palasport.

At the apartment every Guest will find a book with all information about the district, public transport, but also useful information about train transport and useful in case the Guest has a car.
There is also a section that will be always personalized on our Guest needs.
