Set in a wooded area, you’ll find lovingly furnished townhouses and semi-detached homes featuring fully equipped kitchen-dining rooms, separate bedrooms, and modern bathrooms with showers; some homes also feature a wood-burning stove. Nearby shopping and restaurants are easily accessible. One parking space per house, bicycle storage, and use of a washing machine are provided, and pets are welcome in select homes.

The vacation townhouse Urlauberdorf 21A, featuring a southwest-facing terrace, offers plenty of space to relax in its 64 square meters. The bright living and dining area is comfortably furnished and equipped with a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a bathroom with shower and a guest restroom, ensure comfort and privacy.
The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. You can unwind on the seasonally furnished southwestern-facing terrace.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a shower room, a toilet with natural light, and a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a second TV, and a seating area. A guest restroom is also available. 
This non-smoking house accommodates up to 4 people; a free parking space is located directly next to the house. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to e-bike and pedelec batteries (under supervision).



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
