“Extremely clean, fantastically appointed and comfortable stay. Large enough for a family and a quick drive to town centre. Great communication and access, Jacinda is very helpful and goes above and beyond. We found the photos a tiiiny bit deceptive, it does look like a semi rural setting on the ad but it certainly isn’t. It’s pretty close to their large shed and has no rear curtain when the owner accidentally shines his high beams into the lounge and leaves his vehicle there for a while. 😂....

“The bedrooms are very beautiful. Having two full bathrooms was handy. We enjoyed the large bathtub. We played board games and watched Netflix. The kitchen had everything and was clean. Each afternoon we sat in the pretty yard under the tree enjoying dusk.”

“Well equipped house in a convenient location! The house was cosy despite the low temperature outside - thanks to the under floor heating. It was spacious for our group which allowed for some privacy at the end of each day. The only thing was both their showers had poor drainage and the modern layout means water gets out very easily (leading to slippery tiles with one of our guests having a fall).”

“Our entire group absolutely loved Oakland’s Estate. It was beautifully maintained: perfectly manicured gardens, spotless interiors, and everything was pleasing to the eye. Seriously spacious too. Kendall went above and beyond in demonstrating his care for us as guests in his beautiful home. It does still have construction going on around it and it is not walking distance back to cafes and the pubs. True to the photos of the property, the finishes and decor were simply beautiful. We particularly loved the inside/outside feel due to the expansive windows revealing the lush peaceful garden. There was lots of outside seating options, however only minor complaint would be that there were only two sunbeds by the pool.
