“Objectively the property is great. The building is new. The apartment is clean and modern and nicely decorated and well equipped. Objectively, the apartment is five stars. There was a bizarre malfunction with some equipment while we were there, which is extremely unlikely to happen again. The space was perfect and everything we needed for our stay was there. The hosts were great at communicating what we would need before the trip even began (car rental, etc).
