“The Nutmeg was a great cozy and clean stop for my girlfriend and me on our way to New Hampshire. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but our experience was very positive. Our room was clean and the property was well-maintained. We definitely will be back so we can try the breakfast!”

“The Inn at Ormsby Hill is such a beautiful place. From the minute you walk in, you feel at home with help from the most gracious hosts Jack & Mary Ann. We stayed in the Library room which was so lovingly decorated. We found ourselves wanting to just hang around the house instead of heading out for sightseeing. But a nearby must see is Hildean (the Lincoln Family Home). It’s a fantastic way to bring the history of this area alive. ”

“This was an adorable little inn in a very cute little town. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, the room was well stocked, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Unfortunately, almost everything in the adorable town of Chester seems to be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, so if you come mid-week I recommend picking up sandwiches or something in a neighboring town and enjoying the cute outdoor space (picnic tables) around the inn.”
