✹ PARKING: Free parking for 2 vehicles at the unit and additional parking in the overflow parking lot in the community

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free wifi is available throughout the home, plus multiple laptop-friendly areas.

✹ NO PETS: While we love your furry friends, there’s a strict no-pet policy per the HOA (except for service animals, which must be approved in advance).

✹ Easy self-check-in is available with the smart lock. You’ll get your own personal door code on check-in day.

✹ Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property

✹ Please note that upon booking, I`ll ask you to e-sign a rental agreement and provide ID. By booking, you agree to complete this step immediately post booking or the reservation may be canceled. You may also cancel the booking yourself within 1 hour for a full refund if you do not agree to the terms in the agreement.

✹ QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

✹ Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

✹ The system will place a hold automatically for $1,000 on your card, which will be released 1 week after checkout (assuming there`s no damage or excessive cleaning needed). This is instead of a security deposit.
