¡¡¡Nuevo listado!!! Tome el servicio de transporte o camine a los ascensores! Casa de baño de 4 br / 3 a la vuelta de la esquina de Stratton Mountain! La casa se encuentra a 8 minutos a pie de los remontes y del pueblo de Stratton y también está directamente en la ruta de transporte de Stratton que opera durante el día los fines de semana de invierno y las vacaciones de invierno. La casa también está cerca de varios parques estatales y si quieres ver otra montaña, ¡hay otras 4 montañas para esquiar que se alejan de la casa!


¡Hay un total de 3 dormitorios, 1 habitación con literas, 11 camas y 3 baños! Las comodidades incluyen un televisor de 60 "con cable, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, patio con barbacoa, chimenea de leña, estufa de leña, mesa de futbolín en la sala de juegos, ¡y más!
El piso superior consta de un concepto abierto de cocina / comedor / sala de estar con chimenea de leña, TV de 60 pulgadas, baño completo y 2 dormitorios.
-Piso superior dormitorio 1: 1 cama queen size
-Piso superior dormitorio 2: 2 camas queen size

El nivel inferior consta de 1 dormitorio, 1 habitación con literas, 2 baños completos, sala de juegos y una estufa de leña:
-Dormitorio inferior: 2 camas queen size
-Habitación de nivel inferior: 1 litera doble sobre litera completa con cama nido doble y 1 litera doble sobre litera doble con cama nido doble. Normalmente utilizamos este espacio como área de literas para niños + baño

Excellent home for large family

This cozy home had all the amenities and roominess we could ask for. The backyard was beautiful, location was perfect. It felt like a secluded getaway. Our family was able to gather all together, yet there was much personal space as well. We all loved it and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The hosts were fabulous. Definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend at Stratton

Our group of 8 found the property to be a perfect accomodation while staying in town for a wedding. Check in was very convenient and communication with the host was excellent. The home was very spacious, the living area was a great space to hang out and spend time together. We had all the amenities we needed for an easy weekend while attending a friend's wedding. The location is excellent and was very convenient to the mountain. We are especially grateful for the host allowing our furry friends to tag along, we enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on our walks. I would recommend this stay anytime, and I hope we can return soon!

Another lovely fall weekend

This is our second stay at the property during the autumn season. Our group really enjoyed the property and were able to use the outdoor fire pit while hanging out and looking up at the stars. Great house and proximity to Stratton village can’t be beat. Thank you for hosting us!

Summer stay

Perfect stay

We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to everything at Stratton. The house was simple - while it could pack people in could imagine it being a bit cramped for a big crowd. Didn’t bug us since we didn’t have max capacity. We loved the outside fire pit area and the giant sectional couch, perfect places to relax after our adventures around the mountain.

Family ski vacation

Location, location, location. This was our 1st time skiing Stratton Mtn and we couldn’t have rented a better place. 7 adults and 3 kids, we had plenty of room. With 3 bathrooms, it was great for the morning rush to get out skiing. Check in was easy and great communication prior to arrival. Being across the street from the base area made drop offs easy or use the shuttle which went by the driveway. I would stay here again in the future

Perfect for a large group!

The chalet was perfect for a large group with lots of open space and a well-stocked kitchen. The host were very helpful and responsive to questions. The nearest ski lift was bit more difficult to walk to with gear than expected, but the resort was easy enough to get to by car.

Quality family time, priceless!

The large comfortable living room was perfect for family game times . The close proximaty to the ski area made pick ups and drop offs a snap when the shuttle was not used. We will return.

Perfect fit for a beautiful Fall weekend

The property was the perfect fit for our annual fall weekend with friends in the mountains. The house was well appointed and beds super comfortable. The common living spaces were great place to all spend time together. We especially enjoyed the bbq and backyard patio with having the fire pit to keep warm while cooking. Best part was the location as it is an easy walk to Stratton village. Everyone had a lovely relaxing time- although there was some fierce competition playing the throwback Centipede arcade game in the game room:) fun!! We hope to be back soon. Thank you to the owners for providing a great stay!

Stratton Girls Golf Weekend July 2022

Perfect property beyond perfect location to the mountain, the golf course, Mulligans and shopping. We had a great time barbecuing in the backyard which is green and gorgeous. The grill and fire pit are great, outdoor chairs, table for dinner under the stars and nice extra outside lighting to make the night great. The house is so comfortable and nice, great kitchen well stocked easy yo use as we ate B, L and D there, it was so relaxing. We played golf, hiked, road the tram walked the village. Everything is easy to reach and walk too. Alex is a terrific host, responsive, helpful, quick to help. We cannot wait to go back. Thanks Alex.

Great midweek vacation

My entire family including our 1 year old grandchild just completed a midweek 5 night stay. Unit was exceptionally clean, kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Could have walked to Stratton village and mountain but we decided to drive up each morning. There are 3 bathrooms with 2 showers and one tub/shower combo. Alex communicated before and during the stay. We would stay there again.
