House was great and clean , could use a vaccum left at place so stayers can use ! Broom doesn’t pick up all the sand ! My only complaint which is pretty serious, Our children couldn’t swim in pool because first day they were out there for legit 10 seconds and the neighbour was screaming and swearing at them to Shut the F*** up . So we brought them inside immediately to avoid a confrontation. They were scared for the rest of our stay even just to sleep and we spent the 9 days there not in pool at all. Which I chose that house so they could use pool for vacation

The house was very clean and cozy. It was too cool to swim but we enjoyed sitting outside. There was plenty of privacy. The neighborhood was very nice and close to many amenities.

Limoncello house

a beautiful home inside, nice pool and furniture outside, BUT it needs some TLC cleaning. Plants needs trimming to front door, pool needs cleaning, pool birdcage needs cleaning badly, was green, black, not white! Screening needs repair on doors. Patio needs power washing badly.Cobwebs on wicker furniture, cushions need washing or replace.

Adequate for the price.

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood.Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with dual sinks.Nice appliances and Washer/Dryer.Poorly stocked kitchen. Kitchen and Bathrooms were adequately cleaned, but the floors were dirty with no Vacuum cleaner or mop/bucket available to use to clean ourselves.

Spring break in Bonita Springs

Pros- great location. So close to the beach, stores, restaurants, activities for kids, etc.Open floor plan and plenty of spaceCons- pool was freezing. It looked like there was a code for a heater but when I asked if the heater had a code we could use to turn it on management said that it didn’t have a heater. That was one of the main reasons we rented the house. I’m not sure if that’s disclosed in the listing but it should be. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and they run out of hot water very quickly. Also the house is not stocked very well at all. Overall the house itself and the location couldn’t have been better but the issues with the pool, water etc offset that.

Perfect location

The house is adorable, close to everything. Easy check in and out process. Has everything you need. The pool was beautiful. The only downside is there is a house directly in back of the pool that is occupied so there is no privacy at all when your on the lanai or in the pool.

A number of issues during my family stay

The property is located in a nice location. This is the only positive thing about the property. Issues experienced in this property:1. Limited bath towels but later found out the towels are in the dryer. 2. Refrigerator is not working. Was later replaced with a new one a day before checking out. 3. Only 1 roll of toilet paper, not enough for 7 people for a week stay.4. Front door difficult to lock.5. Dirty blankets and sheets. Not sufficient soap.6. Slow response by Vacasa local staff is slow.7. Found bugs in one bed.

Quick stay with friends in September. Unit was cooled when we arrived, appreciate the laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Good set up for 2 couples , bedrooms on separate sides of house.

Wonderfull

Excellent house to rest with the family, a very nice and quiet area, a pleasure to arrive at a house and feel the smell of clean. The barbecue was important to me on this trip, I ordered it exclusively, unfortunately it was practically unusable, it's time to replace it, the only negative.

Nice House & Great Pool

House is nice and in a great location, quiet neighborhood. The pool was great. Perfect temp everyday. Little issue with bugs, but pretty sure it is just FL in general and not the house. House was clean and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Would stay again

Bright clean vacation home

Overall the house was perfect for our stay. We spent the majority of our time in the swimming pool when we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses , etc for making meals. Master bedroom was very comfortable and the master bathroom was very large. Plenty of linens and towels for the pool. We did have issue with using the garage door since the outside keypad and remote were not working. Ice maker also did not work but it was no big deal to buy a bag of ice for the week. We would definitely stay again!

Disappointing

Here is the letter we sent to the agent Vacasa and VRBO but, as of yet had no reply. This booking was made as a special occasion visit to Florida to celebrate a family members special birthday, who resides in Florida. This booked villa was chosen for it facilities, specifications and location. I will outline below, in Bullet point format, the list of issues that unfolded. - all towels in the entire villa were wet and unusable. - The twin beds duvet covers - one had brown stains on it and the other had a large blood stain. Despite this the beds appeared to have been made ready for our use. - The swimming pool was unusable as the water was of a dark, murky green colour. Not bright blue and clear. , upon closer inspection, had broken toys and goggles left in the shallow end which were just visible. The deep end floor was not visible at all. There was a plastic bottle and plastic food wrapper drifting in the pool with an inflatable ring. - The large privet hedge that divided the house directly from the property behind our villa was non existent. In all photo’s Vacasa provide on line, there is a hedge that provides privacy between the two properties. This villa was booked for this specification for our privacy from other villa owners, when using the pool.- Spare bedding provided in the bedroom cupboards was wet! - the entire villa floor is filthy. All persons feet were black after a few steps in any part of the villa. Clearly not cleaned for a long period of time.I could go on!
