Family Bonita vacay

Incredible views at Biltmore house. Our family of 4 stayed for 8 nights and had a blast. We had plenty of room to spread out and the home had everything we could have needed. Thank you Arlan for a wonderful stay !

The setting and home were everything as advertised. Wonderful space for a large multigenerational group. Shade on the first floor was key! Great sunsets too. Mgmt agency was very responsive and checked in several times.

Great stay in Bonita Springs

I would have so much to say about this property, but in a few words, I will say that it is a very beautiful home. It has an excellent location very quiet, peaceful, and private place. I got to meet the owner of the house who took care of our needs specially After the damage caused by the tropical storm. He personally went at the house to help with the pool and everything was great. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bonita Springs.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this house! The beach was beautiful and the house was perfect for our young family. I appreciated that there were lots of extra pillows and blankets in all the closets. We would definitely stay here again!

The Biltmore Beach House is the Best!

The Biltmore Beach house was spectacular! The photos on VRBO are very accurate. We had a fantastic week there in early May 2021 – our first travel after more than a year of quarantining. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor is huge and ideal for the grandparents, who greatly benefited from the elevator (capacity 950 pounds btw). The two other bedrooms on the third floor served the young parents well and their 2.5-year old. We had to purchase a pack-and-play from Walmart for the baby (which we left in the house, but no guarantee that it’s still there). The fourth bedroom was on the second floor, along with the office, perfect for the working millennial couple. The kitchen was large and well stocked with all the cooking utensils one would need. Local restaurants in Bonita Springs were excellent and staffs all very pleasant and helpful. Remember, eating at restaurants, was a new thing at this time of the pandemic. By far, the best meal we had was prepared by an in-house chef we hired. We highly recommend Chef David Hill, whom you can find at (chef david hill dot com without the spaces). The majority of days were spent in the pool & spa and in the comfort of the shade in the huge, open air, lanai, which had yet another full bathroom, giant TV (although we never turned it on), refrigerator, large table for family lunches, and plenty of seating. The beach was just beyond the gate and several afternoons were enjoyed building sand castles and playing in the waves of the Gulf. The landlord, Arlan, was very friendly and responsive. We had only a couple of minor issues, which he addressed quickly. We would love to return here regularly, but it’s way too expensive for that. Maybe again someday!

What a wonderful experience! This place had all the necessities and extras that make a stay run smoothly; plenty of bath and beach towels, large bars of soap, laundry and dishwasher pods - enough for a month, kleenex, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags etc. It may sound silly to even mention but some places run cheap on these items. We had a couple of very minor issues, but the property manager responded promptly and was professional. The beach, pool and hot tub were perfect. The houses are all close to each other on this part of the beach, but we lucked out having an empty house on one side and the other side had an older, small home with no pool. We never heard our neighbours. Great place to stay!

Fantastic Beach House

Gorgeous property right on the beach. Home is spectacular and very well kept. Manager Arlan was great and easy to communicate with. We will be booking with his company again for sure!

Month in Paradise!

This house became our home for a month. We couldn't have found a more perfect home on the beach. Everything we could possibly need was in the house and the house itself was immaculate and beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice, you have to see it yourself! Arlan, the manager, is just a text away and responds within minutes to any questions you might have. Thank you Arlan for a wonderful month.

Awesome property - well managed!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore House in Bonita. From the time we rented to the last day of our stay, Arlan was attentive and available. Would definitely rent again through Collier!
