Great place, super close to Fort Myers, Naples and lots to do! Home is beautiful and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. Very clean and included all of the amenities we needed for great beach days!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Stylish, comfortable and very clean. Loved how the house had everything we needed for the beach: chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and games PLUS lots of towels. The pool and spa were great after a day at the beach. Close to everything in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Home

Our stay at this home was amazing. The property is extremely clean and all of the amenities provided were great. The home is beautiful and put together very well. It is a very warm and inviting place that really makes you feel at home. The pool and spa was the perfect place to end the long days. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you will not be disappointed.

Lives up to its reputation

Yes, this is an exceptional home, with unique decorative touches throughout. It’s an oasis in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to old Bonita Springs, with restaurants, cafes, great ice cream shop, and neat stores away from the hustle-bustle along Bonita Beach Road. The house has a fantastic outdoor setting (screened lanai, pool/hot tub, outdoor dining area with wet bar and fridge, and seating area around a fire pit for evening gatherings). The master bedroom suite is spacious, with a great bed and walk-in closet. Outdoor grill works nicely, with additional seating in the side yard. The kitchen is well-outfitted if you want to cook whatever suits you. Sara, the host/owner, is very responsive and helpful.

Winter Refresh

The mid century home was everything we were hoping for to escape the winter cold. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, we enjoyed cooking a few meals and eating outside by the pool. We enjoyed the vintage record player, we even found a few more albums to enjoy at one of the local flea markets. We loved the location as we were close to everything we did; the beach, flea markets, casino, shopping, Minnesota Twin's spring training game, rodeo in Ft. Myers, and pizza in Everglades City at Wildman's Pizza (Dusty Crum from the Swamp People on the History Channel). A few fun local eating places we enjoyed in Bonita Springs included the Sugarshack (live music), Rooftop at Riverside (perfect sunset view with food trucks), Buffalo Chips (best wings), Grandpa's Pizza, and of course Doc's Beach House (on the beach). A favorite for breakfast was the House of Omelets in Naples and Seed to Table for fresh meat/seafood. We would definitely stay here again, Sara was an excellent host, easy to work with and always quick to respond.

A solid 5 star house

The house is beautiful. All the amenities are great. The spa worked perfectly. We were there in Feb, so the pool was a little too cool to use. Sara is easy to work with. We had one small problem and she fixed it immediately.

Very comfortable & clean home

We loved the mid century house! Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Appreciate how clean & tidy everything was and the pool & spa were fantastic. We visited Bonita Springs at a very, very busy time of the year (late Dec) and the traffic and parking for the beach was a nightmare. If youre going during the busy season, leave early & plan on spending the day because if you leave, you'll lose your parking. I guess it would be possible to bike there from the house but it's a pretty good distance so not really feasible with small kids. Also to note, Little Hickory beach is closed due to Milton until sometime in 2025.Was really looking forward to shelling on this beach but they're doing restoration efforts now. Overall, great stay! Will think about booking here again if we ever try to brave SW Florida in December again!

Great Home in Bonita Springs

Had a perfect end of summer week in Bonita Springs! Sara’s place had everything we needed. House was clean and as described. Check in was easy and communication was great! Loved the pool, we used it daily. Location was perfect. We like to visit both Naples and Fort Myers when we are in SW Florida and we were a short ride from both areas. Would stay here again:-)

We had an excellent experience at Sara's Mid Century Home. It had everything we needed, was very clean and close to beaches, and the pool was our favorite place to unwind and relax Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect home for spring break

We loved our stay at this property. The home was beautifully designed, very clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The pool and spa were a big hit with our kids and we all enjoyed the peaceful outdoor space/lanai. We appreciated the adult height door locks to the pool deck to keep our little ones safe. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting the Naples area!

Perfect Property in Bonita Springs

This mid century beauty in Bonita turned out to be the perfect place for us and family with grandkids. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a top notch kitchen. The pictures don't do the house justice! It was great for the six of us, and the pool and outdoor space got use every day and night. It's location was central to restaurants and grocery, and not very far from the airport. The host responded almost immediately to every request, and could not have been nicer.

Fantastic House

We were very happy with our stay. The house is very, very clean. The décor of the house was fantastic and the kitchen has excellent appliances. The screened in pool and hot tub with the covered lounge area were perfect for hanging out during the day and the evening. Neighborhood was quiet and house is close to multiple stores, restaurants, and the beach.
