A Beautiful home and very well appointed in Great condition. Owners keep every part of this fine property well maintained. The saltwater pool experience was a first for us and rates a 10 out of 10. Hedge rows and lot shape provide privacy on the lanai and pool deck like you are at your own resort. The home is close to shopping and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street with little traffic. The Turtle Club restaurant is a must visit for a special meal On The Sand with the surf steps away.Two gorgeous beaches are a short drive, Barefoot Beach and Lovers Key. The whole house is organized so well that you feel at home right from the start. The kitchen is already equipped with any supplies and gadgets you need. They even bumped the pool temp up a few degrees when I asked the Pool Boy! Kelly was available by text for the few questions I had and responded promptly. This home and the owners are definitely Top Shelf.

This was by far one of the best vacation homes that we have ever stayed at. They seriously thought of everything and our family had just the right amount of space so we could all enjoy ourselves. We will definitely stay here again if we return to this area.

Top notch all the way! From easy, intuitive check-in (you can choose your code for all doors), to more amenities than you could imagine, fully stocked with top quality items and excellent furniture and beds, this home is so comfortable you’ll think you are at a 5* resort. Even the pool was kept at a comfortable temperature at no extra charge, and everything was super clean. Kelly is definitely a super host with excellent communication, great suggestions, an interactive digital guide book, superb organization, and always quick to respond. The two weeks went by quickly with total enjoyment. This is the best short-term rental we’ve ever stayed at.

Amazing Stay at Casa Bonita

Our family recently stayed at Casa Bonita. What an amazing experience!  The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was extremely comfortable and the pool/outdoor area was fantastic. The kids and adults loved the pool, games, and the outdoor sitting areas. Casa Bonita is close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We can't wait to return back to Casa Bonita!

Relaxing Stay

Our first Vrbo experience was perfect! The house was nicely decorated and had the best little touches everywhere. The house was stocked with everything you would need. The kids had plenty of games to play with as well. I also loved how everything was labeled with little decals so you knew where everything was. The salt water pool with shelf was amazing as well! The stay was just what our family needed!

Toller Urlaub in traumhaftem Haus

Wir haben fast 3 Wochen in diesem wundervollen Haus verbracht und sind noch immer total begeistert. Das Haus ist in einer absoluten Top-Lage und Supermarkt, Shopping Mall und Strand sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Kelly hat das Haus so liebevoll und schön dekoriert, dass man sich direkt zu Hause fühlt. Die Einrichtung ist perfekt und super sauber. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und auch sonst fehlte es uns an Nichts. Besonders die Schaukelstühle haben es uns angetan. Wir waren schon oft in der Gegend und hatten verschiedene Häuser gemietet - das hier ist nun unser absoluter Favorit. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Casa Bonita - Three Week Getaway

In a word, WOW! The pictures and description do not give the Casa Bonita justice. It is difficult to capture in words how thoughtful and how much care they have put into making this home so welcoming and comfortable. The house is immaculate and more spacious than pictured. The lanai and new pool are beautiful. They have provided everything needed for the perfect vacation including indoor & outdoor games, books, movies, beach toys, a new grill etc. Our grandchildren 3, 9 & 12 enjoyed the pool and games for a weekend stay. Kathy's father was delighted with the lanai and having his own section of the home for his stay and our two of our friends felt very comfortable and were thrilled with the number of wonderful restaurants so close to us. And Kathy & I could not have asked for a better home to spend 3 weeks in. We reached out to Kelly a couple of time and received responses immediately. We have stayed in many vacations rentals over the years, and have been fortunate to have rated a number of them 5 stars, but Casa Bonita is above the 5 stars. Thank you Kelly & Richard for providing us with the perfect house for a wonderful 3 week vacation!

Clean property and easy to communicate

Location was close to everything. The house was clean and had just about everything we needed. Swimming pool wasn’t warm due to a rain and breakage, but other than that it was nearly perfect. Host was easy to communicate and she responded right away. I strongly recommend this property if anyone is planning on renting a house at Bonita Springs.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE CASA BONITA

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa Bonita. Your home was a dream to stay in over the Christmas holiday. Everything about it is 5 stars. The thought process that went into equipping this rental is mind blowing and much appreciated. The owners have thought about anything and everything that a renter could possibly need. Casa Bonita has Saran Wrap to extra toothbrushes on hand for your use. Drawers and cupboards are labeled so finding things is easy and effortless. The new pool and deck area is beautiful and provided additional space for family time. Having the outdoor giant Jenga, Connect Four and Yahtzee games available was an added treat. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was stellar. We travel and spend a lot of time in rentals. This by far is our family's favorite.

Amazing Home & Property Manager!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this charming and quaint home. It was the perfect size for the 3 of us plus had easy access to a Publix. The most incredible part of our experience was Kelly, the owner. We had some unique needs which she was very responsive to, even trading messages while at her daughter's wedding.
