AC was a window one and noisy. Found bug on countertop by sink. No instructions on how to use the tv or what was available. Tv selection poor. Staff not at desk all the time, have to ring for them but they are prompt and helpful.

It was cheap and the room was big! Very clean. It had all the things I need in a kitchenette. I would definitely stay there again!

Easy to find, the staff was really friendly. The room was stocked with simple kitchen items with a full sized fridge. The building is old abd coule use some upkeep.

I went to check the room. The room was very dirty. old linens not washed. could voearly see bed bugs. So didn't even checkin and left the hotel

Ther wasn’t a stove in the kitchenette room I booked. It says no smoking but you could tell people were. The other patrons seamed more like long term residents. ( not making it feel like a hotel). And there was no cable box or remote for the tv. I left that first night because of bed bugs as well. Would not recommend.

When we arrived in our rooms everything looked like it was falling apart and there were stains on the bed that looked like potential bed bugs. They told us they'd refund us and never did. Avoid at all costs

Our room was fairly clean, but old and well used. There were electrical and TV connections hanging out of holes in the wall, The TV needed 2 remotes to use, and was extremely inconvenient. The Air Conditioner worked well, bathroom was clean, we needed more towels. Fair value for the cost.

Dirty,smelly, drug use in area and sounded like someone was beating up their other half everyday. Very sketchy would not recommend this place to anyone. It should be removed from this site.

This hotel is old school. Physical key for the room, little keybox to put your key into for checkout, old curtains, old school headboard, retro paint colours, I'm pretty sure my grandma has the same lamp in her guest room back in 1996, and I loved it. This ain't a 5 star hotel, but a cozy little bed with some extra comforts. Useable kitchen to cut down on ordering fast food, apartment sized fridge, couple chairs and a table, it's simple. It's definitely suited to a person(s) with simple expectations, no more no less. It's a quiet space too, I don't think I heard one person talking in the hallways, no stomping around, nothing. Very easy to relax at the end of the day. Internet speeds are decent too for doing any online work. I did notice that some tiles were coming up in my room, but a simple re-grout would fix that issue, and it's be perfect. Overall though, I was happy with my stay, management was friendly, check-in was a little bit of a wait, but the manager was probably busy dealing with something else. I'd stay here again on a solo trip.

This is a decent, affordable hotel in Bonnyville. I like that they have kitchenettes, makes it easier to not just eat fast food all the time. I think most of the people there are permanent residents but it's quiet and everyone was nice. Not a lot of parking, a bit old and run down, could be better cleaned but all in all I was happy, especially for the price.
