Hoteles cerca de Bonsai Library and Museum en Manila

“Im a Fire Alarm Tech... The condition of the system was multiple Alarm conditions that no one was concerned..or was not maintained . Saftey should be the above all priority instead of Profits 😠”

“Good value, staff was really great. Angeline was particularly sweet and helpful. I would book again.”

“Es un hotel decente que suple sus deficiencias con la amabilidad del servicio. La zona es muy ruidosa y cuesta dormir. Hay cucarachas, son pequeñas pero desde luego deberían solucionar eso. La cuestión es que para estar cerca del turismo de Intramuros pero sin meterse en el caos de Malate, pues este hotel es bastante conveniente y económico.”

“Towels seemed old and colors are off white . Overall experience excellent. Staff at front desk to housekeeping services are excellent.”

“Good”

“It’s very accessible for everything’s you need”

“We went there coz was nearest hotel from port. Located in China town, but felt safe. Very near mall and restaurants.. Room was big, bed comfortable... But please give people choice for breakfast ...!!!!!”

“No sabían nada de nuestra reserva. Espera larga. Habitación divertida para el sexo (espejos en techo y lateral), pero con un aire acondicionado de hace 20 años y que empezó a repicar a las 6 de la mañana. Baño maloliente. Comida de poca calidad ”

“Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

“The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.”

“Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!”
