“The property was very clean with lovely decor. Host was very responsive when I was unable to get back into the property after leaving for a concert in Des Moines and I was given a code that worked in a very short amount of time. Host was thoughtful leaving snacks for guests and coffee. It made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. A small thing was the internet was a little unstable but nothing that couldn’t be worked around. I definitely recommend staying here.”

“The entire experience was awesome. Everything so perfect. It does not have a recliner but the furniture is comfy. If walks could talk, you would hear a lot of family laughter going on.”

“The hotel is comfortable and accesible to Iowa State University. Staff is polite and attentive. On the downside, the building is old. Elevators are slow. My room, although refurbished and modern, didnt have very good WiFi signal and air conditioning might be noisy”
