Nestled in the tranquil mountains just outside Boone, El Montecito offers a comfortable retreat where guests can relax, recharge, and appreciate the beauty of the High Country. Surrounded by wooded scenery and breathtaking mountain views, this inviting cabin is just 14 minutes from downtown Boone and conveniently located near many popular attractions, including Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian Ski Mountain, downtown Blowing Rock, and the Blue Ridge Parkway—all within a 30-minute drive.

Inside, the main level features warm log walls and soaring ceilings, creating a classic mountain cabin atmosphere. The living room offers comfortable seating centered around a gas stove and a mounted Smart TV, with large windows framing the stunning mountain views. Adjacent to the living area, the charming kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, and the beautiful raw-edge wood dining table with bench seating provides a cozy gathering spot.

Step outside to the main-level deck, where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air. With outdoor seating, a gas grill, and expansive views, it's the perfect space for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening conversations under the stars.

The main-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the loft serves as a fun retreat for younger guests, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a TV, a children's sofa, and a play nook. Downstairs, the family room offers additional space to unwind, complete with a large Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and an oversized, cozy sofa. The main-level living room sofa can also be converted into a double bed, providing an extra sleeping option for two guests.

El Montecito welcomes up to two dogs with your reservation (pet fees apply). Additional amenities include a fire pit, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, electric baseboard heating, wall-mounted gas heaters, and window air conditioning units on the main level and loft. The gravel driveway leads to a level parking area that accommodates up to three vehicles. Please note that an exterior security camera located at the corner of the home monitors the driveway and the surrounding area.

Access Note: The gravel neighborhood road leading to the cabin is inclined and may be bumpy. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended year-round, and tire chains may be necessary during snowy winter conditions.
