Work & Play in our High Country Hideaway

You will absolutely love this warm, modern duplex home in the woods. You will enjoy the home office, lightning fast internet and extensive TV choices, while relaxing at home. It is perfect for a family vacation to the mountains and convenient for business travelers. It is close to Appalachian State University, multiple parks, hiking, Rocky Knob for mountain biking, etc.

The upper level condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first level bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. There is a walk in shower and laundry facilities in the first level bathroom as well.

The loft bedroom has a stylish queen-sized bed and large walk in closets. There is an in-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a modern desk and comfortable work chair with LG 24” monitor for your home office needs.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences. It is set up with all that you will need for your stay, including basic hot breakfast items, a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as tea, sugar, and a wide array of spices.

The living room has a large flat screen TV with a Firestick and Alexa. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Utube TV are available. The internet is very fast, 200 MBps.

The driveway is moderately steep. In the winter a four wheel drive vehicle would be ideal. Parking is allowed at the end of the street when the weather is icy/snowy.

*We always wash all laundry between guests, clean all bathrooms with disinfectants, wipe down all kitchen areas with disinfectants, and vacuum and mop all floors. There are tenants in the condo below. Please be aware that noise after 11pm needs to be kept at a minimum.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind are allowed. This condo is in a family neighborhood and parties are not possible. There is one camera on the deck overlooking the driveway.
