A short walk away is a separate 2 story cottage with game room, kitchenette, and bunk room, creating the perfect separation of space for kids and adults or for separate families. Home is located on the tidal Sheepscot River, providing excellent paddling and boating experiences. Minutes from historic Wiscassett, Bath, Boothbay Harbor, and Maine beaches and trails, as well as other local attractions makes this home a prime location for you vacation getaway.

The main living area has a cathedral ceiling and large dining table with open kitchen, perfect for your family or friend gatherings. There are four bedrooms in the main house, 2 full baths, and a half bath with full laundry room. Amenities include linens and towels, washer/dryer, gas grill, Smart TV's, and wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation feasts, electric glass cooktop oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric griddle, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. Large pennisula provides ample prep space.

Large deck off the kitchen and a large gas grill provides amazing views of the river. Floating dock with swim ladder, boardwalk, and multiple kayaks and a canoe ensure you can have fun on the water. Dock can moor boats or jet skis and is equipped with shore power.

Game room/Theater is separated from the main house and includes a bunk room that sleeps 4, and a futon that could accommodate more. The separate cottage ensures that the night owls wanting to stay up late and play don't disturb the early to bed crowd. Large Smart HDTV as well as ping pong table round out this large space made to entertain. Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and plenty of space helps make this a perfect hang out spot for all. Cottage includes a full bath with shower to help accommodate all of your guests. After Oct 31 the cottage will be winterized and no water will be available. A kerosene monitor heater is available to heat the space when occupied.

Parking is available for six vehicles. Yard space is perfect for a game of catch, bocce, or kicking a ball around.

The property is montitored by external security cameras during periods of non occupancy. There is one camera facing and covering every entrance (total of 4) and are only in use when the house is unoccupied.
