Disappointed

Place was dirty, floors were not cleaned, the end table had a drawer filled with mouse poop. The shower had black mildew in it and cobwebs all over. There was so much clutter in this place! There was no where to store your groceries but on the table. Drawers in dressers in the bedroom were full of stuff. Coffee cup I was using noticed lipstick on it I don't wear lipstick 🤮

Place was cute and beds were clean and comfy. Rest was dirty and felt living in a hoarder house! Sooo much clutter! Dressers could not be used due too being filled with crap! Cupboards same, food we brought had to be stored on the tiny table in the kitchen by the sink. The shower I think was from a camper didn’t bothered was no pics of that now I know why. Drawer in an end table in the “living room” filled with mice poop. I’ve rented a lot of places and this place was the biggest disappointment

Girls Go Glamping

It was close to attractions but still offered a private woodsy feel. Neighbors are friendly. The area is beautiful.

Our first Maine vacation

We loved the quiet location but close to many fun things to do. My favorite thing about the house was the screened in front porch area. Loved starting and ending my day there. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved out little vintage cabin in the woods and its great location to town, just 1.1 miles. Boothbay Harbor is charming and we enjoyed the cool weather. It was really nice being there before the tourist season really kicked off.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and cozy. It is a good launch pad for local adventures, and the neighborhood is super quiet. As it is a family cabin, be prepared for “well loved” furniture.

General impressions

Good location, although not really walking distance to anything. Very close to all the seafood markets and restaurants, but still need to drive. Quiet neighborhood, kayak setup is good but again, not walking distance. Good place to stay as a couple.

Perfect Cabin in the Woods

This is a cute and cozy, albeit small, cabin nestled in a wonderful wooded community. The neighborhood was quiet and all of the people we encountered were very friendly. Access to all of the shops in Boothbay Harbor were just a short walk (or drive) away and you can also walk to the private beach. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return to this location again.

Wonderful cabin in Boothbay Harbor

We had a relaxing restful vacation at the vintage cabin in the woods. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. Our favorite spot was the screened front porch. It's large with plenty of seating. You the pine mixed with sea air, listen to harbor sounds, and birds. It was great place to stay.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved how we could easily walk to Boothbay. Access to the kayaks was a huge plus too. If there was one bit of advice I could offer, it would be to reduce the amount of furniture in the cabin. I believe there were 15 chairs within.

Great Cabin

Great cabin in the woods (it is actually a wooded neighborhood). The beach is great. The kayak usage was a welcome treat. Boothbay isn't really for us but now we know that. Popham beach is amazing.

Minzenmayer trip 2024

We have quiet in our farm but this quiet in the woods was fantastic. Loved how close to the restaurants and shops but far enough away to enjoy our little cabin. Loved the booklet with instructions which included plates to go. We went on several that were recommended. Would definitely come back
