“The home is obviously a new build. You can smell the newness as you walk in. The beds were comfortable, great water pressure for showers, stocked kitchen, huge tv, awesome WiFi (thank you Elon). If stairs are not in your plans for a vacation, this may not be the place for you. There are 32 stairs to get up to the front door. This made unpacking and packing a bit challenging but definitely doable. Just pack light, or bring a hoist system to pull your luggage up. LOL The host was super nice and...

“The best part about this property was the view and that our fishing guide was able to pick us up at the private boat slip, ( the owner suggested the guide, he made our trip great!) it was quiet and you can fish somewhat on site. What caught us off guard was supplies and all bunk beds. I would suggest you stop on the way and pick up all your supplies, drinks and food. Not much is open on Sunday. “We took our annual company fishing trip and stayed here. Plenty of space for 6 grown men. 2 showers which are helpful whether your group is trying to get going for an early morning or washing up after a day on the water. 12 minutes from cypress cove marina. Also nice little dock out back with a few resident gators”
