* **Layout:** 1-Bedroom spacious unit with a fully equipped kitchen.
* **Occupancy:** Minimum 4 persons; maximum 6 persons. Standard rate covers minimum occupancy (rates increase per additional guest).

* Access to lobby/reception area, garden dining sections, party areas, and BBQ grill area.
* Clear emergency contact information displayed inside every suite.

**Perks & Policies:**
