It is not me who stayed in this hotel but according to my family who stayed for the 2 days, they never replenished any tissue and shampoo on their hotel…so Im assuming they only have those little single use shampoo or soap they provide. No complimentary bottled water ( typically expect this if your a tourist) refrigerator not working, bathroom water heater is also not working properly. For the free breakfast, it is just OK! Overall, the service and hotel experience is rated 3 for us, 5 is the highest. The location is great they added. Hopefully they can do some changes to have a better customer service.

Our experience at this accommodation was thoroughly disappointing from start to finish. Choosing the loft type was a mistake because it was on the 4th floor, which Expedia DID NOT mention, making it hard to reach. Also, the pictures were wrong, showing a different room. The photos provided were misleading. I requested to switch us to a room with two queen beds and one single bed on the 2nd floor, hoping for better luck. Nope. The AC there was just as bad. We had to beg for a fan, but even that couldn't save us from the heat. Plus, the shower heater was on vacation too!! Frustrating! Breakfast? Don't bother! You're better off grabbing something elsewhere. Overall, our stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

Let me begin by saying the hotel staff were pleasant and attentive. The breakfast food was good and well prepared. The hotel itself is in a poor condition. It is certainly not a 3* hotel as advertised by Expedia. The air conditioning is outdated and the rooms bore no resemblance to those advertised on the Expedia site. The deluxe room booked was cramped and the shower room/toilet was in very poor condition and the staff immediately moved us to a larger room. There is no restaurant, just a few tables in the reception area at which to eat breakfast. Your statement that the hotel is a few steps away from the beach is totally misleading as it is around 100 metres away. Although it must be said the beach is lovely. So while we will probably visit Boracay again I doubt we will use Expedia to do so

Relatively cheap hotel

The hotel has a homey feel when you check-in. They have good service and is very hospitable to all the guests. However, if you are finding a hotel with superb facilities, this is not the place as they have deficient facilities (i.e. we requested for extra bed sheets that they don't have), not a well-maintained building. But they have a relatively cheap hotel. I suggest you rather stay at AirBnB's which has similar cost but nicer ambience. :)

Perfect for the beach lover

Great value, awesome little hotel, the room was clean and air conditioned. Nice bed and linens. Mini fridge in the room. The location is perfect. 3 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen and prepare for some amazing sunsets. Prettiest sunsets I’ve ever seen. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. The breakfast is simple but tasty and enjoyable. There was some construction happening next door but didn’t seem to be a nuassence during sleeping hours. The facility is kept very clean and safe there is a security guard onsite throughout the night.

Don't stay here! They lie when they say they have wifi. You have to go down the lobby to get a signal and the TV's, especially on the 3rd floor where they put us, doesn't work. Breakfast of egg and rice was good but the processed meat (which the manager sells to local establishments) was really bad. During our stay there was construction going on next door and the banging starts at 7am. It was unfortunate that we went to Boracay at the height of the summer vacation so we couldn't transfer to another hotel unless we spent our whole vacation money, so we were stuck here for 6 lousy nights. The staff tried their best but our overall experience says we won't come back.

Good location but that’s it

Location is very good, very close to white beach bIt that’s where the positives end. We arrived at 9:30 pm having booked the reservation at Expedia, but that had no record of our reservation. I showed my email confirmation and the manager insisted I had to show him the other number, which I had none. I told him that if this is all Expedia sent in the confirmation that I should not need another number. He sent someone up to room and then appeared to be stalling, when I asked if there was something else we were waiting for, he said she had gone up to clean the room. When we were finally given the key the room smelled strongly of air freshener. Right next to our “furnished patio” (a couple chairs in the hallway) was a construction site that was very loud during the day, and I’m pretty sure the workers were sleeping there. At one point they had a platter of fish baking in the sun covered with flies. After 9pm the front doors were locked and you have to wake up the clerk who is sleeping in a chair by the door. The room itself was pretty ok, no windows that open so you have to rely on the aircon, which worked well. The bed is very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. We left after 2 days to stay elsewhere. I think if the price was closer to php 1200 it would be closer to a realistic value for money.

Simple and yet great

The hotel itself provides the basic things. However, the staff named Maymay made our stay great. She is very accomodating and welcoming. She is indeed a great asset to the hotel. Her service is 11 out of 10.

not what I was expecting...

Pictures on the website are better than it is, nice staff but the hotel is old and not nice at all, I would not call it resort...
