The positive side of this hotel is that it is quiet and comfortable. We arrived on Sunday and there was no staff to ask any questions. We went out to dinner on Monday and when we arrived, we couldn’t access the hotel because the code they gave us wasn’t working. We were outside at night for over 30 minutes. We called the number at the gate but it was going to voicemail. We later learned that we needed to call the number next to the gate code. The next day we talked to the hotel about our access troubles and their only answer was that they changed the code and forgot to give us the new code. No sorry, no acknowledgement of the troubles we went through. Due to this experience, our kids think that Bordeaux is the worst place ever. We had great times in the area but never had issues like this.
