Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla
Hi The room was very cold with no heating but the other problem was guests making insulting remarks in the hall towards Indian people. I have asked directly for a full refund because I feel completely insulted. I have not heard back and I am still waiting. Thank you

There was no WiFi all night had to keep going to reception and there was an additional deposit charge on arrival that I have still not recieved back

Carol was amazing from the off set and very helpful. The property is stunning, very clean and in a great location with easy access to Brighton. Will definitely be staying again!
