The apartment is air-conditioned, and the larger, livable balcony overlooks the lively village square. Around the building, you’ll find a minimarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, and two bars. The village is surrounded by green hills, offering a strategic location to visit art cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence, and seaside destinations such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, and the entire Versilia, as well as renowned thermal towns like Montecatini Terme, Bagni di Lucca, and San Giuliano Terme. Free street parking is available in front of the house, with additional large parking areas nearby. Families with children are welcome; a crib and high chair can be provided on request.
