“Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service.”

“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“ただ泊まるだけと思っていたけど、ホテルの人全員が優しくてフレンドリーで迎え入れてくれました。お部屋も毎日きれいに掃除をしてくれて、ご飯もおいしくて、色々聞いたけど嫌な顔せずにすごく丁寧に対応してくれて本当に泊まってよかったです！近くにちょっとした買い物ができるところがあるので立地も便利だし、移動もグラブを使ってすぐに来てくれるから街から少し離れてるけど全く問題ないです！プールとかジムとかサウナもあってホテルの中でも楽しめるところがいっぱいあります！最後はみんなで記念写真を撮ってたくさんお話をして最高の思い出ができました😁 terima kasih❤︎”

“Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience.”
