I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty.”

“We were excited to check into our home stay located in district 1. It was brand new, located by a beautiful green space and the river. However it didn’t have the easiest drop off and pick up spot to catch a ride. The apartment was as cozy with the exception of the bed in which we woke up the first morning stiff and sore. They did accommodate us with a mattress topper but the bed was still incredibly uncomfortable. The room was hot even with the AC blasting at its coolest temperature and we were...
