It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. When we got there there was a few key items missing such as dishwasher pods, dish soap, oven mitts, hand soap in the bathroom. The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great.
